Tastefully furnished, complete with appliances and air condizionata.Ambienti .Composto bright kitchen - living room, two bedrooms and bathroom. Ideal for two adults and two children. Possibility 'to rent the adjacent apartment for five more beds (no sofa bed). Available bed / crib, high chair, stroller. Located in the center, spacious balconies and views of Piazza Vittorio Emanuele, a few steps from the sea not far from the station. Area served very well, transport links to areas of interest nearby. (Castellana Grotte, Trulli of Alberobello, Zoo Safari Fasano, Polignano a Mare)

Casa Greta has two adjacent apartments to satisfy the requests of groups of friends who want to travel in company while maintaining their privacy. You booked a single solution which, with a supplement of € 10 per person, allowed you to book a single apartment for 4 consisting of a double bedroom + upper mezzanine with another double bed. When we checked in, his lady (or friend who made the reservation) viewed the apartment and confirmed that it was fine. If I had not had the ok I would not have gone away leaving you at home and you would not have paid the balance (the balance occurred after having checked the house). I understand that, for your privacy reasons, you later evaluated that it was not suitable for you but, the house is well described and indeed, many times we are told that it is more beautiful than in photos (made amateur with telephone). You stayed quietly at home until late afternoon, taking advantage of the services at your disposal (wifi, bathroom ...). The house was then cleaned up and, having not received any cancellation from you as requested, it was not available for another booking. Costs we have incurred in addition to the usual "no show" but have not been charged to you. The amount due was returned to you promptly the following day by bank transfer as booking rules. Communication has always remained cordial (I returned from another engagement 30 km away to speak to you personally) because we simply applied the conditions agreed with Booking. By reading the hundreds of positive reviews, you will have noticed how for us, the guest is always in the first place. However, considering her compliments to the house, I would be happy to host her only with her lady to give her the opportunity to check the reviews of other guests, guests who have actually stayed. Casa Greta dispone di due appartamenti adiacenti appunto per soddisfare le richieste di gruppi di amici che vogliono viaggiare in compagnia pur mantenendo la propria privacy. Lei ha prenotato una sola soluzione che, con supplemento di €10 a persona, le ha permesso di prenotare per 4 un solo appartamento composto da camera da letto matrimoniale + soppalco superiore con altro letto da due posti. Quando abbiamo fatto il check-in, la sua signora (o la sua amica che ha fatto la prenotazione) ha visionato l'appartamento ed ha confermato che andava bene. Se non avessi avuto l'ok non sarei andata via lasciandovi in casa e voi non avreste pagato il saldo ( il saldo è avvenuto dopo aver controllato la casa). Capisco che, per vostre questioni di privacy, avete in seguito valutato che non era adatta a voi ma, la casa, è ben descritta ed anzi, numerose volte ci dicono risulti più bella che in foto ( fatte amatorialmente con telefono). Siete rimasti tranquillamente in casa fino a tardo pomeriggio, usufruendo dei servizi a vostra disposizione ( wifi, bagno ...). La casa è stata quindi ripulita e, non avendo ricevuto cancellazione da parte vostra come richiesto, non è stata disponibile per altra prenotazione. Costi che abbiamo sostenuto in aggiunta alla solita " mancata presentazione" ma che non vi sono stati addebitati. Tempestivamente il giorno successivo vi è stata restituita la quota dovuta con bonifico come regole booking. La comunicazione è sempre restata cordiale (sono tornata da altro impegno a 30 km di distanza per parlarvi personalmente) perché abbiamo semplicemente applicato le condizioni concordate con Booking. Leggendo le centinaia di recensioni positive, avrà potuto notare come per noi, l'ospite è sempre al primo posto . Considerando comunque i suoi complimenti alla casa, sarei felice di ospitarla solo con la sua signora per darle modo di verificare le recensioni degli altri ospiti, ospiti che hanno realmente soggiornato.
