Description
Interamente e minuziosamente arredata con materiali di recupero, "La Casa di Kuki" è un progetto nato nel 2015 dal buon gusto della proprietaria che da sempre si diletta nel progettare e ideare arredi recuperando mobili antichi ed oggetti in modo tale da dar loro nuova vita e funzionalità.
La Casa di Kuki è composta da 3 locali, 2 camere da letto matrimoniali ed un soggiorno con angolo cottura, in più si può disporre di un ampio terrazzo privato con vista mare.
L'interno è così distribuito:
•2 camere da letto matrimoniali, di cui una creata grazie ad un soppalco con tipica volta in tufo, arredi curati nei minimi dettagli, armadio capiente a tre ante (dimensioni cm 180x55), comodini, cassettiera "settimanale", banchetto per poggiare la valigia e stender appendiabiti, ben climatizzate in ogni stagione dell'anno grazie alla presenza di condizionatori freddo-caldo ed entrambe dotate di TV a schermo piatto.
Sono incluse nel prezzo le lenzuola, le federe, le coperte, i piumoni ed i vari plaid di cui la casa dispone.
•1 bagno dotato di ogni confort, caratterizzato dall'incantevole ceramica di Vietri sul Mare che ne riveste sia il pavimento che la parete frontale della doccia, dispone di phon, sapone liquido, carta igienica, asciugamani e grande box doccia composto da un'unica lastra di vetro anti sfondamento e soffione a pioggia, la doccia è pratica e spaziosa.
Il lavabo poggia su una consolle di fine '800 ed è "ammirato" da uno specchio barocco appena restaurato.
•1 soggiorno, con balcone munito di stendi panni, un grande divano (non si tratta di un divano letto) che all'occorrenza diviene un comodissimo 5º posto letto grazie all'aggiunta di un vero e proprio materasso singolo, TV a schermo piatto, una libreria ricca di spunti sia per adulti che per bambini, ed un tavolo per 6 persone.
L'angolo cottura di cui è composto è abitabile e super accessoriato, con frigo Smeg anni '50, macchina Nespresso con capsule e zucchero in bustine, un forno elettrico ed uno microonde, tostapane, lavastoviglie, lavatrice e piano cottura con 4 fuochi.
Ogni ambiente sopra descritto è caratterizzato da finestre o porte/finestre che consentono agli ambienti una buona areazione, di godere della luce naturale, ma sopratutto sono dotati di vetro camera assolutamente insonorizzato.
Ne consegue che ogni finestra e porta/finestra è dotata di zanzariere scorrevoli per consentire comunque agli ospiti di poter usufruire di spazi esterni quali balconi.
•Inoltre, la casa ha un piccolo angolo adibito a sgabuzzino con detersivi, aspirapolvere, lettino per bambini, ferro da stiro, asse da stiro, ventilatore, ombrellone per la spiaggia, racchettoni e pallone.
Il grande terrazzo offre un'impagabile vista sul medievale Castello di Carlo V e sul Mare Adriatico.
Esso è dotato sia di una cucina con 2 fuochi ed un tavolo per 6 persone, che di una zona con divanetto, poltrone, tavolino, lettini e doccia dove potersi rilassare e prendere il sole.
Sul terrazzo sono presenti piante quali Cicas, Limone e Bouganville che all'occorrenza saranno innaffiate e curate dalla proprietaria.
Il Wi-fi è gratuito ed è presente sia in tutto l'appartamento che sul terrazzo privato.
Gli ospiti potranno usufruire di ogni spazio sia all'interno della casa che di tutto il terrazzo sovrastante.
Il terrazzo è ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti de"La Casa di Kuki".
La casa vacanze è indipendente ed è ubicata al Primo Piano di una graziosa palazzina medievale che un tempo fu l'antica Chiesa di San Tommaso (sec XII).
La proprietaria e sua figlia saranno sempre a disposizione per ogni esigenza per l'intera durata del vostro soggiorno.
La Casa di Kuki è situata nel cuore della città vecchia, ha pertanto tutto ciò di cui si necessita a portata di mano, affinché la propria vacanza possa essere delle migliori.
Oltre la spiaggia libera di Cala Porta Vecchia che dista 3 minuti dall'alloggio, si può comodamente fare una nuotata mattutina e prendere il sole sui frangiflutti siti al di sotto del Castello di Carlo V, distanti mt 20 dalla casa.
Un paio di supermarket ben forniti si trovano a mt 30, così come fruttivendoli, alimentari, pescherie, macellerie, erboristerie, negozi biologici, bar, ristornati, pizzerie, pubs e tipici negozietti.
Sita in una delle vie più animate della città vecchia, l'alloggio, grazie alle sue antiche e spesse mura nonchè ai suoi infissi con doppio vetro camera, garantisce un ambiente silenzioso e vivibile pur essendo a due passi da locali, negozi e movida notturna.
Su richiesta, la proprietaria si renderà disponibile a fornire indicazioni su percorsi turistici che riguardano il centro storico di Monopoli, le diverse realtà dell'agro e dei paesi limitrofi, come Masserie storiche e chiese rupestri, tra itinerari culturali e gastronomici.

Ci tengo a precisare che La Casetta di Gió è un monolocale che ha grandezze differenti da La casa di Kuki dato che questo è il profilo solo de La casa di Kuki, ma tutto il resto, gentilezza, check-in è out e dolcetti sono identici. ;)
