"Il Rosmarino" apartment (6 sleeps) is one of the two independent apartments of VILLA PUGLIESE that has in total 10 sleeps sleeps (please see the other apartment “Il Glicine”, ref 5242403 on Tripadvisor)
"Il Rosmarino" is a comfortable, cozy and very bright apartment situated at the basement level of the villa and it's surrounded by large cover verandas and a nice terraced garden with mediterranea plants: Rosemary, jasmin, orange trees,....
"Il Rosmarino" has 115 sm of accomodation and it includes one double bedroom, one bedroom with 2 single beds, a very large living room with well equipped kitchen area, dinner area and fireplace corner with a double sofa-bed, a bathroom with bath and washing machine, common roof garden with sea view.
The magnificent stone vaults , the warm and welcoming atmosphere , an environment typical of Puglia , hospitality and friendliness are the characteristic of the apartment and villa PUGLIESE.
There is parking car, WIFI free, washing machine and common playground area for children
The "Il Rosmarino" apartment is connected by an internal staircase with the other apartment of villa Pugliese: "Il Glicine" one bedroom apartment (4 sleeps) situated at ground floor of the villa

The sea (about 900 m from the villa) is clean and the beach is mainly sandy.
