A 7 km da Monopoli sorge "Mest pepp", villa appena costruita ideale per la tua vacanza in Puglia; Composta da 2 appartamenti indipendenti che possono comodamente ospitare fino a 4 persone ognuno. Ogni appartamento e' composto da cucina munita di lavastoviglie,piano cottura ad induzione e relative attrazzature ,forno elettrico, frigo,lavatrice, freezer,bollitore, asse e ferro da stiro, camera da letto matrimoniale con climatizzatore, sala da pranzo con divano letto matrimoniale, climatizzatore e tavolo da pranzo , televisione led; bagno con doccia.
"Mest Pepp" dispone anche di un gazebo esterno indipendente per appartamento per una piacevole e rilassante prima colazione ed un conviviale pranzo e cena.
Piscina con gazebo con incantevole vista della città di Monopoli e del suo mare.

“Just great!”
We cannot recommend this villa high enough! We visited between December 30th - January 5th and booked both villas. We would recommend renting the duplex villas together. We were two separate families, together one larger group, and the setting is ideal. Giacomo was particularly helpful, he even helped us with the New Year party tickets, a mechanic for the car, and addresses and numbers for the local businesses and shops. He went the extra mile to make us feel happy and welcomed. All locals were helpful and we felt like home. The villa itself is equipped with everything you could possibly need, from towels and towel dryers, blankets, bbq and bbq tools, fridges, dishwashers, cutlery and crockery, foil, recycling bins, tv, wi-fi, electric security gates, etc etc The backdrop is just wonderful, with hills and olive trees plantations, and trullis dotted around. We even managed to jog every morning, and could honestly say we had the time of our lives. We will definitely return in summer to take advantage of the swimming pool. A five-star ***** home from home. Thank you so much to our host, Giacomo ❤️
