Description

This recently remodeled villa is privately located on 3+ acres of property in the beautiful Savoie region of France. Close to many of the major ski areas of the Alps, this home is a wonderful venue for a family holiday or reunion. The home offers a massive 6ft X 6ft fireplace and large seating area, a TV room, a formal living room, an office, and state of the art kitchen with a second fireplace and every possible amenity for the gourmet chef.
In addition to the tennis court and swimming pool there is excellent biking and hiking for the summer sports enthusiast. In winter months some of the best skiing in the world is less than an hour away. There is wine tasting available in small local caves, antiquing is close by and there is unlimited shopping in Annecy and Aix les Bains which are also less than an hour away.

House is available in week long increments. in some seasons a month is possible. A "femme de manage" will be on premises one morning and one afternoon per week. She is also available for additional hours if desired, at the tenants expense.

There are two master suites, one features a steam bath, the other a shower and also a tub. There are two additional bedrooms, one with a tub and sink but no wc, and the other is a children's room without any plumbing. An adjoining one bedroom apartment is also available and ideal for nanny or cook. It has it's own complete kitchenette, shower and wc.

The tennis court was built in 2008 and is located at the foot of a winding garden path. There is a cabanne adjacent to the court for relaxing in the shade with a cold drink. Bar B Q and outdoor dining is just outside the kitchen in a lighted terrace area. There is also badmiton and boulles available.
In winter months cross country skiing is very close by, some years just out the door. There are many varied hikes marked and mapped in the local communities.

“Fabulous country escape for family and friends”

La Belle Vue Villa is perfect; an amazing kitchen if you like to cook, ample space for family and friends, lovely linens and comfortable beds, great recreation options at the house and surrounding areas, and the location and setting are magical. The views looking down valley at the Massif de Chartreuse are gorgeous, the austere snow capped Alps frame your perspective, and the quiet, quintessential farmland beauty and chapel dotted vistas are peaceful. I can't wait to come back!!
