Description
Villa Ise è situata in posizione collinare nei pressi di Montefelcino, in provincia di Pesaro Urbino, nel nord delle Marche.
Dalla villa è possibile raggiungere le spiagge del mare Adriatico con circa 30 minuti d'auto e le città costiere di Fano e Pesaro. Poco più a sud troverete alcune delle più famose località balneari delle Marche: Senigallia, rinomata per la sua spiaggia di velluto, e la Riviera del Conero con le sue perle Sirolo e Numana.
Nei dintorni potrete visitare città e borghi storici come Urbino, città rinascimentale patrimonio dell'umanità UNESCO, Fossombrone, Mondavio, Gradara e Acqualagna, percorrendo antiche vie con chiese, musei, scorci panoramici e ristoranti in cui assaporare i migliori piatti tipici del territorio.
Da non perdere, inoltre, una gita alla Riserva Naturale della Gola del Furlo e al Parco Naturale del Monte San Bartolo, in cui troverete paesaggi naturalistici incontaminati da esplorare attraverso numerosi sentieri per passeggiate ed escursioni in mountain bike.
La villa gode di un eccezionale panorama sulle colline marchigiane ed è circondata da un ampio giardino ombreggiato da alberi secolari.
Un breve sentiero porta alla piscina, adagiata su una terrazza naturale ad un livello inferiore rispetto alla casa. Dalla piscina il colpo d'occhio è stupendo, la vista spazia dal mare agli Appennini con il Monte Conero sullo sfondo. La piscina, con scala romana, è attrezzata con lettini e ombrelloni.
Nel grande portico al piano terra, che si estende per tutta la facciata dell'edificio, è presente un barbecue, un forno a legna in cui cucinare la pizza o il pane fatto in casa, un tavolo con sedie per mangiare all'aperto ed una zona relax con poltrone.
Nel giardino è inoltre presente una tinozza finlandese riscaldata a legna da 4/6 posti e un tavolo da ping-pong.
La villa dispone di parcheggio privato. Si accede alla proprietà da strada privata di ghiaia. Villa Ise è disposta su due piani e può ospitare fino a 11 persone.
La villa è stata ristrutturata con cura dai proprietari, offrendo ambienti accoglienti e confortevoli per un soggiorno in completo relax.
Al piano terra si trova la zona giorno composta da cucina ben accessoriata, con frigo-congelatore, forno, lavandino e lavastoviglie, camino e sala da pranzo; ampio soggiorno con camino e stufa a legna. Questi locali hanno accesso diretto al portico.
Al primo piano si trovano 4 camere matrimoniali, di cui 2 con bagno en-suite con doccia, ed un terzo bagno con doccia a servizio delle altre due camere da letto.
Le finestre della villa sono dotate di zanzariere, nelle camere sono presenti dei ventilatori.
Su richiesta è possibile aggiungere con supplemento fino a 3 letti singoli nelle camere.
La villa dispone di un locale lavanderia.
