Description

It is a nice, modern and comfortable apartment recently furnished and located 50m away from the sea, in a quiet area. For lovers of the sea is the ideal place to spend a vacation. The views are amazing! In addition just below the apartments there is a small cove of rock with a very clean and crystal clear water where the bathrooms are delicious although those who prefer the beach can do it walking, since it is a few meters from the apartment. You can get to Moraira town walking along the beach, approximately 1 km or if you want to go by car, there is the possibility of parking in the town in a free parking area. The apartment has two bedrooms: the main bedroom (one bed 1.50m) and another bedroom with two 90cm beds. A bathroom, kitchen and living room. The master bedroom, the living room and kitchen have direct access to the sea terrace and the other bedroom and kitchen look at the mountain. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster, juicer, water heater, coffee makers, blender, etc ... and has all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. It also has iron, ironing board and hairdryer All rooms have air conditioning and hot air pump. The apartment is on the fourth floor and there is no elevator, but it can be the equivalent of a third floor, entering from the street. The views are unbeatable since being a high floor is seen from Cape Moraira, Club Náutico, Costa and Peñón Ifach. In addition to being very calm. Vacation rental license: AT-460222A

On a adoré cet appartement parfait pour deux adultes et un ou deux enfants. La vue est tout simplement a couper le souffle et l'appartement est refait a neuf et très fonctionnel.

“Excellent modern apartment with fantastic sea view”

Have stayed in this apartment twice now Great location with restaurants and bars nearby- walking distance to Algas and into Moraira but quiet because it faces straight out to sea with a lovely view of the Punto Bread shop over the road for croissants and bread. Snorkelling off the rocks at Algas is excellent. Apartment itself modern style with all you need. Great communication from Nuria- the host

Superb apartment Very modern and bright - we know Moraira well and knew the views from the property would be good (actually even better than expected) but wondered if you would hear the coast road - you don't notice it at all We were a couple so didn't use the twin room - might be a bit cramped for 2 couples We would definitely return 2 min walk to lovely little beach and similar in opposite direction to Algas where the snorkelling off the rocks is really good - (Algas cafe bar lovely too. )Plenty of places to eat nearby and easy walk into town.

Response from the owner Please the next time that you read the advertisement pay more attention since the announcement indicates that the apartment is on the fourth floor without elevator and some comments of guests refere about that....strange you didn´t read it. The guest left the flat previous to house keeper arrival. Once the house keeper checked it I was informed about the damaged rolling shutter. I requested a technician to evaluate the damages and once I had the evaluation and the cost of the reparation I proceeded with the reparation works. The amount of the reparation works was charge against the bond. During 4 years of rental it is the fist time that I have to charge some damages to a guest.
