Description

Four bedroom, three bathroom, luxury duplex penthouse apartment within a stones throw of El Portet beach. Sleeping with the harmonious sound of the waves is one of the great charms of this apartment which offers exceptional views of the amazing bay from both floors. The beach and the Mediterranean ocean are but a few steps away and the main town of Moraira is a leisurely ten minute walk where fabulous restaurants and bars can be found.

The duplex is located on the second floor of the apartment block which houses six apartments. The main floor consists of three bedrooms (one air conditioned double with en-suite, one twin and one single), family bathroom, kitchen and living room. The living room has a glass curtain affording magnificent views of the beach and El Portet bay. The kitchen is well equipped with all modern appliances and there is seating in the lounge and at the dining table for six. The apartment is supplied with WiFi along with Satellite TV showing English Freeview channels (including BBC, ITV, Channel 4 etc).

A spiral staircase leads from the main floor to the air conditioned master bedroom suite (kingsize bed and en-suite bathroom) and the expansive private roof terrace. There is dining seating for ten on the roof terrace and lounge seating for at least six. The terrace is partially shaded with a "sail-shade" and there is also a large automatic awning which can cover the lounge seating area if required. The terrace also has a separate "kitchen" area with a sink, fridge and a tumble drier. There is also a large gas BBQ to cater for al fresco dining. Spectacular views of the bay can be had while enjoying a sundowner from your own private vantage point.

The whole apartment has electric underfloor heating if required during winter months.

There is private parking for one car and opposite the apartment is a well stocked delicatessen that can provide most of your grocery needs and which bakes fresh bread on a daily basis. It also has a well stocked liquor section if required. El Portet beach itself has several famous local restaurants including Le Dauphin and the Restaurante El Portet which is renowned for its excellent seafood paella.

“A wonderful Family holiday in a stunning apartment.”

This apartment had everything we needed.The views and location are by far the best we have had in 8 visits to this area.The owners Karen & Geoff were excellent.From start to finish there was a quick response to any questions & help we needed.The apartment is modern and very well presented.The apartment has everything you need if you want to eat in but we generally choose to eat out in the evening in the many restaurants in Moraira. It is 10-15minutes walk with great views along the way.The lovely beach is just below the apartment.There is a bakery/general store directly across the road next to a pharmacy. I would highly recommend renting this apartment to any of my friends & family.

Very nice, spacious and cozy apartment with really everything present of expected facilities. The beautiful view over the bay of El Portet is breathtaking. An absolute must for those who consider the following matters important: - location - tasteful decor - sea View - comfort A swimming pool is not present, but if you want a swimming pool in this region in combination with the above, you will have to look for a much higher price range.
