Nuestra casa de vacaciones bellamente restaurada. Mobiliario de calidad en todas partes. Cocina totalmente equipada. Disco duro cargado de películas, niños, comedia y acción. Excelente ubicación alta y tranquila y vista al mar. Piscina privada de aproximadamente 16 pies x 8 pies, consulte las imágenes. Jardín privado con ducha exterior y un maravilloso jardín lleno de palmeras, varias plantas y flores. Barbacoa, terraza matutina y una acogedora mesa de comedor redonda al aire libre adicional con 4 sillas.
Nota * Tenemos escalones de piedra desde la entrada de la carretera hasta la puerta principal, aproximadamente 8 escalones. La piscina está en el mismo nivel que los dormitorios y el salón, nivel inferior o desde arriba utilizando los escalones exteriores. Una escalera de caracol interior une los niveles superior e inferior.

Our beautifully restored holiday home. Quality furnishings throughout. Fully equipped Kitchen. Hard drive loaded with films, kids, comedy and action. Great high and quiet location and sea view. Private Pool approximately 16ft x 8ft, please see pictures. Private garden with outdoor shower and a wonderful garden full of palms, various plants and flowers. Barbecue, morning terrace and additional cosy outdoor round dining table with 4 chairs.
Note* We have stone steps from the road entrance down to the front door, approximately 8 steps. Pool is on the same level as the bedrooms and lounge, lower level, or from upstairs using the exterior steps. An interior spiral staircase links the upper and lower levels.

“Alojamiento perfecto para disfrutar y relajarse”
La casa tiene todas las comodidades necesarias para pasar unas vacaciones de relax y desconexión. Estuvimos la segunda semana de agosto 3 parejas y disfrutamos mucho de la casa. La piscina no es grande, pero permite refrescarse sin falta de espacio a todos los que se alojen en la casa y la zona de tumbonas a la sombra es suficiente para pasar el día genial leyendo o tomando una copa. La barbacoa y la mesa de la entrada son perfectas para pasar una velada excepcional mientras se cocina algo a la brasa. El interior es excepcional. La parte superior dispone de una amplia estancia con una mesa grande donde pueden comer ampliamente 6 personas y con una luz de ensueño, ya que recibe luz desde que amanece hasta que anochece. La cocina, aunque no dispone de muchos lujos, es suficiente para cubrir las necesidades de cualquiera en vacaciones. Nosotros cocinamos bastante y nos bastó con lo que había. La parte inferior (que tiene acceso directo a la piscina) es la más moderna, ya que ha sido renovada recientemente y se nota gratamente la actualización. Dos habitaciones dobles, un saloncito y un baño completo completan esta fantástica casa independiente. El anfitrión, Martin, ha sido súper amable y muy servicial con nosotros, aún sin haber tenido la oportunidad de saludarnos en persona. Recomiendo este alojamiento al 100%, nuestras vacaciones han sido estupendas, en gran parte gracias a esta casa.

Response from the owner We appreciate all reviews and find them helpful as we can tweak to make improvements. With regard to our location. We write Moraira as it is the nearest holiday spot and 12 minutes by car. In addition, the site shows the exact location of the villa. We did also write that the house is 12 minutes from the centre of Moraira and high up on a hill. We absolutely are not trying to trick guests, our guests satisfaction is paramount. We give guests all the information. In the description on the site we do write that there are 4 chairs around the outside table, there is a picture also. Guests can of course take out chairs from inside the villa or use the extra chairs from outside. We have a combination of loungers and chairs. We have recently moved the jacuzzi off the pool area to make space for more loungers. The kitchen is not on the same level as the pool. Nobody has ever mentioned this to us in 12 years. We will add it to the description, thank you for pointing it out. With regard to the power cables buzzing, again we have never had an issue ourselves or has it ever been mentioned. I have emailed the electricity company and awaiting a reply. Thank you for bringing it to our attention. We do have around seven steps from the road down to our house; from the barbecue level or front door, we have around nine stone steps to the pool. It is why on the site the 'suitable for people with mobility concerns' box is not ticked. When guests have concerns with mobility, it is best to enquire about it at the initial or early stage of booking. We always write to our guests 'please ask any questions you may have' We do appreciate the concern that the house isn’t suitable for young children or elderly people, however, we do feel this is a personal opinion as we have had many families, retirees and pensioners stay with us who haven’t mentioned this. We as owners are happy with our bathrooms. We love the finca style. We do not want an ultra modern generic 'same as most' feel to the house. We strive for a homely feel. Our cleaners provide bath and hand towels for each guest. It is written in the contract that the cleaners can visit again during the stay if guests require a house clean and/or change of towels and do not wish to use the washing and drying facilities. As we always say, our guests’ satisfaction is our priority.

“perfect retreat in the the sun”
We booked Hanging Gardens Villa in 2015, looking through the description and photos we were excited at visiting and when we arrived we were not dissapointed. we corresponded with Martin the owner, who isnt the quickest at repl;ying but we all have busy lives and when he did, he was very very helpful in all our questions, the information and directions to the villa were excellent. the Villa itself is perched near the top of a hill overlooking the coast between Moraira and Calpe, the property is exactly as described on the website, the distance to town was a good ten minutes in car so is essential we wouldnt hesitate in recommending this villa for a holiday and will return one day
