Description

A very spacious, private, 4 bedroom villa, really well located in a coastal residential area, 4 km from the popular Arenal Beach in Javea. Hedra, is a traditional, Ibizan-style villa and recently reformed, by the owners, it is finished to a very high standard, with flavours of Indonesian, Spanish and Moorish architecture and is superbly appointed throughout, with many exquisite features.

The villa has a large, well-kept garden, with mature shrubs, bonzai trees and various ‘chill out areas’. It has a superb 8 x 4 metre pool, with feature lighting and waterfall effect. Alongside, you have poolside shower, with Indonesian style ‘canopy bed’ to relax on. The outside kitchen and BBQ/grill, are stunning, along with a large covered naya and dining area . To the side of the villa, there are several shaded seating areas, allowing private space, for all guests.

It comfortably sleeps 8 people, in 4 bedrooms, all with en suite shower rooms, so is ideally suited, for a family, with children, or two families, as the bedrooms are situated, on two levels. On the lower level, there is also a sofa bed, accommodating a further 2 guests. The villa features; air-conditioning in all bedrooms, internet, and multilingual, cable TV.

The airy, lounge area, with high ceilings, has been beautifully re-designed, with many unique design aspects. Leading onto an extensive kitchen area, with sculpted table, ‘range style’ gas hob and integrated, coffee machine. This leads out to an extensive covered naya, kitchen and chill out area.

Nicknamed the ´white coast´´ some 2500 years ago by Greek traders, the sun kissed Costa Blanca, offers a great combination of outdoor activities, alongside a relaxing world of orange, lemon, almond and olive trees, nestled alongside local vines. It´s award winning beaches are a haven for sun lovers, while it´s varied historical roots are celebrated throughout the area. Javea, is a very popular holiday destination, combining Spanish charm, with a range of cosmopolitan shops, restaurants, cafes and bars, alongside many great beaches and activities to enjoy.
