Description
Villa La Barraca is located in the peaceful Moravit area of Moraira and is only five minutes walk from the local beach, restaurants and cafes. Other beaches and facilities are all within a further 10 minute walk. Due to the extremely spacious and versatile layout, the villa would ideally suit 2 families, golfing parties, family gatherings etc.
The accommodation is shared over two levels and comprises on each level of 3 bedrooms (1 with en suite on each floor) bathroom, kitchen, lounge and dining room and each level has its own separate entrance. This makes the property ideal when two families want to keep some level of independence whilst spending a joyful holiday together.
Air conditioning is available for all bedrooms (9 units) as well as central heating and fire place for winter stays. Equipped to a high standard and newly redecorated and improved throughout, many furnishings and fittings are renewed each season, helping to make your stay more comfortable and hassle free.
Both floors have been completely redesigned, rebuilt and refurbished in The last two years with contemporary, stylish furniture.
All beds, mattresses, pillows, duvets, sheets, towels, as well as appliances like flat TV, Washing machine, central heating, air conditioning, and dishwasher are new.
All windows have blinds and mosquito nets.
The house has been undergoing a complete ibiza relooking until May 2016 and it has now lot more light and huge windows that gives the first floor a modern, contemporary look.
All bedrooms have now new units of air conditioning (9 in total).
People who travel regularly to Moraira ends up coming back to la Barraca as they find it to be the best combination between privacy, distance to the beach, quality of the premises, Comfort of the house, quietness of the street (dead end street) and charm of the house. This is why la Barraca is one of the most booked house in the area every summer.

“Great Villa, well located & clean”
Been to Moraira many times and this is probably the best place we stayed. well located with the sea, bars and good restaurants only a 5 minute walk away and Moraira 30 minutes where there are loads of great places to eat and drink. Villa spacious and well looked after, clean and modern fittings. essentially 2 floor x 3 bedrooms and own kitchen separated by an external staircase, so ideal for 2 families and a great outdoor bar area. mosquitos a pain all day, but that's Spain at this time of year. Eric was excellent and answered questions quickly, also flexible on timings to suit our flights.

“Excellent, Great Location and Well Equipped”
We had a great extended family holiday at la Barracca. The villa is very well equipped and the nine adults and two young children in our party were very happy with the size, layout and quality. Fabulous pool area with mature palms giving the choice of full sun or dappled shade and the BBQ/bar has the best grill arrangement I’ve seen! Location is great - in an area of quality villas and a 20 minute walk/ €5 taxi ride from downtown Moraira with several local bars and restaurants just a few minutes walk away. Highly recommended for a large family group or two families.

“It's very unusual for us to want to return to a villa, but in this case we want to!!”
11 of us had a great 2 weeks living in the 2 apartments - 5 upstairs, 6 down. We struggled to find any similar villas with up to date furniture, fittings and setup. I also don't think the photos do full justice to the excellent space and location for the villa as there is plenty of room for you to be able to relax in shade or sun (including sitting at the bar!!) while the kids are playing in the large pool ... they are now noticeably better swimmers/divers. We also had lengthy family BBQs/meals at the dinner tables by the poolside that really allowed all of us to fully relax in such wonderful surroundings. There were a few minor issues but they absolutely didn't reduce our enjoyment of the holiday, and were resolved in a timely and pleasant manner. We would all very much look forward to the opportunity to revisit this lovely villa! (don't forget, we don't normally even contemplate returning to a villa!)
