Description

Apartment of 50 m2 classified 1 star (UD74-6933) in a chalet, with 1 bedroom, and up to 7 beds. The Chalet is located in Morillon, 500m from the center of Morillon-Village, on the road to Morillon Les Esserts 1100m. The ground floor apartment is always cool in the summer, even in hot weather, because one of the four facades is buried, and the air is less dry. There is aeration by VMC however. The kitchen has been enlarged, and completely redone and modernized with all comforts (2017) The bathroom, although small (3m2) has been redone and improved (walls, shower 70 by 70 cm and new vanity unit). The entrance to the chalet has been redone for the summer of 2018 with extended parking for several cars (2 possible places for rental). Access to the Grand Massif (Morillon, Samoens, Les Carroz d'Araches and Flaine). Mountain activities possible with high mountain guide (owner). In winter, we leave the ski chalet: blue slope at 100m; and new 2014: 2015, we can reach just a little further, 700m, the new blue slope equipped with snow cannons that guarantee its snow despite the low altitude of Morillon-Village (700m).

You can also stay alone and without too many contacts, for a stay of rest, it's up to you to see.

Response from the owner Pour échanger et communiquer, il faut faire chacun(e) la moitié du chemin, n'est-ce-pas? Ensuite et après, savoir rester honnête, même si on ne peux pas plaire à tout le monde tel que les lieux sont ou tel qu'on est. Non, le logement était tout-à-fait propre, sans comparaison aucune avec l'état dans lequel il a été laissé sans prévenir. Mais au-delà de ce constat, j'ai à cœur de faire mon possible pour que mes locataires se sentent bien, qu'ils soient désireux d'échanger ou préférant rester entre eux, dans une "bulle" ou autre, je n'ai pas de jugement à porter. Aussi, je peux être autant communicatif que très discret suivant les attitudes que je découvre.
