5 bedrooms, sleeps 10, sea views from front balcony and rear terrace, carefully restored and modernised in 2011 by architect-owner and being made available for the 1st time in Aug 2011. Ideal for families. Piano. Perfectly located near shore & moor in the wonderful village of Mortehoe, near fabulous coastal paths, moorland walks, golf, local swimming beach and Woolacombe surfing. Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Unesco Biosphere reserve, conservation area, surrounded by National Trust farmland.
EV charger: there is a 7.4Kw Type 2 charger. Electricity for car charging is charged at UK capped domestic rate.

“Lovely place”
We were a group of four on a long weekend. A lovely house with great facilities, the owners have thoughtfully provided books, DVDs and board games if you need them though we were too busy to make use of any of them. Everything you’ll need to cook just about anything is provided in the kitchen and lots of info on a big notice board and a manual for all the appliances. We made full use of the lovely private balcony at the back of the property, a shame about the scaffolding next door blocking the sea view, but the rest was beautiful. It’s right at the top of a steep and narrow hill, make sure the driver is good at hill starts . There’s one designated parking place right outside the front door which is very handy, and a public car park just around the corner which is reasonably priced. Two pubs within a minute’s walk, the food was good although not much choice if any of your party is vegetarian. The outside of the property is a bit tired, but inside was spotless and well furnished. Overall a great place to stay and we would definitely stay there again.
