Description

The Long Linhay at Yarde Farm is an exclusive one bedroom holiday cottage, offering spacious, superior self catering accommodation for up to 2 people and is especially suited to couples. The cottage, which is equipped to a high standard and has full central heating, is set in its own 6 acres of rural farmland and offers peace and tranquility but is within easy walking distance of the villages of Mortehoe & Woolacombe. The cottage has a modern fully equipped kitchen/dining room with a full size fridge freezer, washer dryer, electric cooker and microwave. The living room is warm and comfortable with the addition of a log burner for those chilly or romantic evenings in! The bathroom has a bath and a separate shower cubicle. The bedroom has a large king size bed and plenty of storage space. Outside is a private suntrap courtyard with sun loungers, patio furniture and a barbeque, ideal for relaxing after a day on the beach or out walking. Guests can park their cars securely directly outside the cottage. The Long Linhay is non smoking/vaping and pet free.

Getting around

The Long Linhay is perfectly situated for walkers and beach lovers but a car is useful for exploring further afield. A regular bus service runs into Woolacombe, Barnstaple and further afield. There is a train station in Barnstaple with regular trains to Exeter.

Interaction with guest

As we live on site, we will greet you on arrival and make sure you have everything you need for an enjoyable holiday. Whilst we won't intrude on your privacy, we are always on hand to offer help or advice if you need it. The Long Linhay is an entirely separate property with no communal areas.

“Perfect for 2 so peaceful”

Wonderful location by coastal path so peaceful just the sound of birds. The property was ideal for 2 so clean and welcoming cream tea and fresh flowers on arrival and Kate and Rodger were so helpful.

How do damage deposits work?
