The cottage "Goterose" 70m2 comfortable (built in 2010) 3 ***, is located in the wild at a place called "the prodains" in Morzine 100m from the departure of the cable car 3S Avoriaz. It is composed of a large room downstairs with bathroom and toilet, 3 beds of 90cm and possibility of making a double bed a second room with a double bed; a mezzanine with 2 mattresses of 90cm; bathroom with wc; dining area with fully equipped modern kitchen. Linen rental possible (15 € / pers) large terrace with barbecue and ping-pong, around the cottage fields and forest .... in summer you access the cottage by car. In winter parking is 150m You have the choice for your activities either Morzine or Avoriaz. From the chalet you can make beautiful hikes without using your car. ideal for mountain biking in summer. We adhere to the "multi pass". For 2 € per person per day you have access to many activities for free. change of scenery and calm assured. accommodation with the mutipass: thanks to the Multi Pass, take advantage of the infrastructure of the town for 2 € per day per person (Espace Aquatique de Morzine, Swimming areas (Lake Montriond, Lake des Gets), Pedestrian lifts, Cultural sites (Museum of mechanical music Les Gets, discovery area of the Valley of Aulps ...), Tennis, ice rinks ...) The cottage is fully equipped: dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, washing machine raclette and fondue, hair dryer and iron. You also have a large storage room for skis and bicycles

We have at heart to receive our tenants. Many of them have become friends. Sometimes we even take them to ski, we are all 2 monitors ski.En winter we welcome our guests to the parking lot and we carry all the luggage to the cottage with our snowmobiling, tobogganing and we do the same at the start
