Hotham is Australia's Premier Ski Resort with excellent snow conditions and extensive terrain for all levels of skiing and boarding. From the gentle slopes of the Summit and The Basin to the Double Black Extreme Zone which provides awesome areas for off piste extreme skiing and boarding. Hotham has it all!

With a tasteful blend of cedar and stone, Sun Apartments are the ultimate in Alpine Resort living. Situated in a totally ski in/ski out location - you access the Hotham lift network via the popular Davenport access trail.

Sun's location is central to Jack Frost Ski Hire, Lift Ticket Sales, Bar, Supermarket and Ski Shuttle (All only 100m ski/walk).

So close, yet Sun is nestled in a quiet location. Away from the hullabaloo of snow making machines, chairlifts, snow grooming machines and noisy party goers.

The apartment is ideal for families or small groups of up to 8 people.

DISCOUNTED EQUIPMENT RENTAL IS AVAILABLE WITH ALL ACCOMMODATION BOOKINGS. SNOW GUARANTEE APPLIES TO ALL ACCOMMODATION THAT HAS BEEN PREPAID WITH US.

Facilities

Entry to the maisonette is via a generous vestibule where you can gear up for the day and safely store your boards and skis. Strip off your wet gear and place it straight into the "walk in" drying room. Boot racks are even provided, so your boots will always be warm and dry in the morning.

A cedar glass door takes you through to the lounge and main living area. The rustic sun soaked lounge is carpeted and has a warming gas log fire and cedar shutters. The unit is equipped with satellite TV, DVD, Video and Stereo.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, stove-top, range hood, convection oven, microwave and dishwasher making meal preparation a pleasure.

The apartments are fitted with FREE WIRELESS INTERNET, so bring your devices along to keep in touch with news, snow reports, your business and friends.

Sleeping Arrangements

Both bedrooms and bathrooms are located upstairs. The master has a King bed. Off the master is an en-suite and small balcony.

The other bedroom has 2 bunks (4 beds) and 2 extra mattresses which can be relocated to the lounge if necessary, taking the total sleeping accommodation to a maximum of 8.

The second bathroom is conveniently accessed from the upstairs hallway adjacent to the second bedroom.

How do damage deposits work?

If Allan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
