Basque typical country house in Euskadi, Spain. Excellent views of the sea and the mountain in the coast of Guipuzcoa, Mutriku.
Located in the countryside, it is a very peaceful place where you can even enjoy the companion of animals such as eagles, owls..
5 minutes by car from the town and the beaches. Garage, internet conection, wifi, library, solar and organic garden (1000 square metres ). 45 minutes from Bilbao (Guggenheim museum) and San Sebastián.

- Walking: official coast route of the "Camino de Santiago".
- Mountain-bike (Btt): several routes to choose
- Mountain running: excellent tracks and hills to run outside.
- Cultural walks to nearby hermitages, museums, charming coast small villages...

Response from the owner El check in/out fué considerable por esas fechas. Puede que la casa necesitase mayor atención aún así una vez recibido la queja y en la mayor brevedad posible se hizo un segunda limpieza general, se pidieron disculpas etc.... En cuanto a la seguridad de los niños todas las opiniones son respetables pero de momento y después de recibir muchos niños de esa edad nunca ha habido problemas. Estamos mejorando con redes añadidas algunas zonas estéticas del interior de la escalera. La recogida de los huéspedes se hace directamente en un lugar exacto del pueblo: la única rotonda del pueblo. Se guía al cliente hasta la casa MOTE. El gps está actualizado. Siendo profesores de oficio intentamos mejorar, escuchando las opiniones de nuestros clientes. Existe un libro de experiencias escritas por los clientes en la casa. Los testimonios son veraces y no hay ninguno referido a la limpieza en general. Seguimos mejorando y utilizando nuestros recursos, esto es nuestras manos y nuestro buen hacer. Un saludo.

“A comfortable country house with great views”
We found Mote Cottage very clean, spacious and well equipped. Children enjoyed the small garden. Would love to come back and would definitely recommend.
