Description

A beautiful turn-key vacation home just 3 minutes from beautiful Nai Yang beach, and not far from the International Airport. The beach is located within a national park, with a beautiful and natural setting of coastline belonging to the Royal Family, named Sirinath National Marine Park. Affordable Thai style living at it's best. Book now to secure !

Local beach is 3 minutes by car and is great for family fun, swimming, and picnicking, or just watching the sunsets. The house can work well for a family, or 2 couples, with accommodations for up to six. The small beach town of Naiyang Beach has lots of restaurants, massage, shops, currency exchange and tour booking venues, and within a 2 minute walk of the house are local Thai restaurants.

Downstairs bedrooms have cathedral ceilings with overhead fans and A/C with remotes. Upstairs has 2 beds, with fan and A/C. Downstairs area has central A/C, with overhead fans and recessing ceiling lighting. Granite and tile floors, granite countertops in kitchen, and baths. Kitchen is well stocked with appliances. Entertainment area in living room had 42" flat screen TV with cable channels, and great stereo sound system. Wi-Fi on, works fine. Computer printer to use available if desired. Car port is safe parking with sliding gate. Back yard overlooks marsh with interesting animals such as wild ducks, egrets, and other colorful birds that will sing you awake in the early AM. Nice clean, well stocked home with everything you would expect for a home away from home. High seasons 4-5* hotels now $250/night and up. Our villa is only $100/nt or $700/wk, with 1 week minimum booking. No maximum booking restrictions. Cheers, Rico and Taifoon
