Located in the elite, gated community of the Strand, just west of I-75 on Immokalee Rd. minutes from the white sandy beaches. **PRIME North Naples Location**

This second floor, end unit features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, one car garage and screened lanai overlooking the golf course with lake.

Once you walk up the private stairway, you will immediately notice the soaring ceilings and all the windows this unit has to offer. The great room features the living room with a couch, two leather reclining chairs and an entertainment armoire with 70" flat screen smart tv; wifi internet included.

The dining room is adjacent to the living room and features a cherry oak wood table with seating for 6 and a buffet table perfect for entertaining guests.

The kitchen is in the middle of the condo and opens to the dining room and comes fully equipped complete with a breakfast nook with bay windows.

The master suite features a king bed, private sitting area, a private bath with a walk in shower & walk in closet and sliding glass doors to the lanai.

There are two guest rooms, one with twin beds and the other features a queen bed. All linens and towels are provided. There is a guest bath with a tub/shower combo.

The condo comes fully equipped with linens and towels, and kitchen utensils along with a private laundry room in the residence. There is also a one car garage.

The Strand is located in Naples, Collier County, Florida. This 575+ acre community is situated on the northwest quadrant of I-75 and Immokalee Road.

The Tennis & Fitness Complex have created the most innovative and active tennis program in Southwest Florida, including clinics, junior tennis camps, tennis mixers and competitive matches, tournament and tennis leagues for all ages and ability levels. The eight Har-Tru tennis courts are available for day and nighttime play.

The Fitness Center is a state-of-the-art facility which offers members cardiovascular, flexibility and strength training equipment. Our professional fitness instructors are available to help members with individual fitness training, fitness analysis as well as a variety of programs to fit all members' needs.
