Tropically furnished and fully equipped condo in the gated community of St. Croix at Pelican Marsh. This southwest exposure third (top) floor lakefront condo has cathedral ceilings giving it a spacious feel, boasts 2 bedrooms with luxurious queen beds and 2 full baths in a split layout, making it convenient and private for 2 couples. For your beach enjoyment a beach cart, beach chairs, coolers, towels and umbrella's are provided. The resort style swimming pool, jacuzzi, Tiki bar and gas BBQ are outdoor living at it's finest. Enjoy our beautiful club room which is great for small get togethers and a fitness center that is complete with showers and lockers. Tennis court (racquets supplied) and a children's playground are also on the property.

Conveniently located 20 minutes from Southwest Florida International Airport you will be relaxing with a beverage and your feet up in no time. You will be located 10 - 15 minutes from some of Florida's best beaches at Delnor Wiggins State Park, Vanderbilt Beach, and Barefoot Beach, not to mention the numerous other beautiful white sand beaches just a short distance away, 5 min to world class dining including the famous and fabulous Mercato Plaza which hosts dining and entertainment of all variations,15 min to Naples Zoo, minutes to outstanding public golf courses and 1 block from Collier County SUN N' FUN water park where you can not only enjoy the great waterslides and pools but you are able to join an exercise class or enjoy the walking path through a beautiful forested area. For the avid shoppers there is amazing shopping just minutes away at Coconut Point Mall and Miromar Outlets plus many more beautiful shops for all your tastes.

For some excitement take a short drive to the Everglades for an airboat ride and a taste of "gator", Marco Island to catch the Key West Express, charter a fishing boat or maybe a shelling adventure on Tigertail Beach or explore Ft. Getting around

A car is recommended for sight seeing, shopping and beach going, however there is a beach shuttle that leaves from the North Collier Regional Park located across Livingston Rd from the condo.

Our condo is equipped with a key code access. Although we are not able to greet you in person we are always available by text or phone call. As well we employ a Home Watch service in Naples that are there to help you if you encounter any problems.
