ENGLISH: very nice house offers pet-friendly accommodations in Naples, 350 yards from San Carlo Theatre and 350 yards from Via Chiaia. The apartment is 450 yards from the Royal Palace in Naples. Free WiFi is featured throughout the property.
There is a sitting area, a dining area and a kitchen as well as a private bathroom. Towels and bed linens are provided in this apartment.
Piazza Plebiscito is 450 yards from Nice House, while Maschio Angioino is 550 yards from the property. The nearest airport is Capodichino Airport, 3.1 miles from the property.
Plebiscito is a great choice for travelers interested in shopping, friendly people and culture.

ITALIAN: the House is located on the sixth floor of a building with elevator, is finely restored and furnished.
Despite the close proximity to the city centre, the accommodation is situated in a quiet and peaceful.
The living area – night is equipped with comfortable wardrobes, study area and a comfortable double bed which then upon request is possible to add an extra bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all comforts, where you can enjoy a pleasant breakfast, before you begin exploring the wonders of the city.
The bathroom has a shower and bidet, scented soaps, shampoos, hair dryer.
Includes bed linen and towels.
Although a short distance from all the major points of interest, the accommodation is situated in a quiet and peaceful, quite residential, within walking distance of restaurants, shops and all amenities.
Close to the famous via Toledo, the main shopping street, within walking distance from: Piazza del Plebiscito and the promenade where you can breathe the breeze, sit at one of the many bars, restaurants, and enjoy a pizza, get a coffee and a cake.
Close to the Harbour from where you can reach destinations like, Ischia, Capri, Procida, the Amalfi coast.
In addition, due to its strategic location, you can walk to all the main places of historical and artistic interest of Naples.
Visit extraordinary sites like Castel Nuovo, Piazza del Plebiscito with the palaces of the Bourbons, s. Gregorio Armeno, underground Naples and Teatro San Carlo.

Bus, Metro and funicular, which you will find under the House, then connects in minutes to everything else, as the Vomero, where you can visit the beautiful Castel s. Elmo, Chiaia and the phlegraean area.
Nice House is also just a short walk from the Alibus, that in 20 minutes will take you directly to the airport in short, you'll have everything you need within walking distance from home, you will spend your holiday in the perfect spot to enjoy the cosy atmosphere, history and traditions of my wonderful town and I will be at your disposal If you wish, to guide you in this fun-filled experience of the House Rules, guests will enjoy accommodation in total exclusivity, feeling like at home.

“Superb”
Absolutely wonderful visit to Naples and this location was perfect. Gemma was a fantastic host who couldn’t do enough for us. Would definitely stay here again.

“A most enjoyable stay in a clean and well equipped apartment”
We stayed in the apartment over Christmas and New Year. Gemma, the owner was very kind and on hand if we needed anything. The location was perfect for visiting all the places of interest.
