The accommodation The apartment has been completely renovated and furnished to accommodate our guests in the best possible way. It consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen / living room that can accommodate up to 3 people thanks to a comfortable sofa bed and a pouf bed that has nothing to envy to a single bed. It is located on the 4th floor, served by a lift, of a building controlled by a 24 hour video surveillance service and a porter during daylight hours. Guests Access Guests, depending on the rooms booked, will be allowed access to the entire apartment or part of it. The kitchen / living room and the washing machine will always be accessible. Interaction with guests Guests will be welcomed at the time of their arrival and special needs will be met where possible. Any request for advice or suggestions for the stay is welcome and will be dealt with as comprehensively as possible. During the stay they can contact me in case of need. Other Things to Highlight In compliance with the provisions of the municipality of Naples, guests must pay a tourist tax of € 2.50 per person per night up to a maximum of 14 nights, not included in the price of the apartment. At the time of check-in, guests will be provided with a courtesy kit, after which they will be responsible for finding soaps and hygiene products. The supply of towels may vary depending on the length of stay. Along the Corso Amedeo di Savoia it is possible to park for free, and, if preferred, it is possible to make use, by reservation, of a private garage open 24 hours a day at about 150m from the entrance of the building, and open until 1am in the office adjacent to the apartment number.
