Appartamento finemente ristrutturo nel 2018, dotato di tutti i confort: biancheria, phon, stoviglie, frigo, congelatore, bollitore, ferro con asse da stiro, lavatrice, termoautonomo, Wifi. Prevede 4 posti letto + 1 e si compone di: Camera letto matrimoniale, ampio bagno con doccia, cucina, ampio soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale e doppio dispositivo televisivo lcd. Centralissimo con entrata indipendente. Nel cuore storico della città vivrete l'esperienza del folclore napoletano. La zona è servita da tutti i servizi pubblici e taxi. E' posizionato a 300 mt dal Duomo, 700 mt. da S Gregorio Armeno (Via dei presepi) , 500 mt. da Napoli Sotterranea, Il Tunnel Borbonico e tante altre strutture storiche che Napoli vi può regalare. Potrete così calarvi nella magia del miracolo di S. Gennaro, dell'arte presepiale o godervi semplicemente una passeggiata sul lungomare di mergellina ammirando la spettacolare vista del golfo che tanti poeti ha inspirato. Zona ZTL
Considerando il delicatissimo momento che il mondo intero sta attraversando, è mio dovere comunicare di aver adottato delle misure precauzionali utili alla riduzione del rischio riguardante il Covid 19.
In merito a quanto sopra il mio immobile, destinato a locazioni brevi, in ottemperanza a quanto previsto dall’ordinanza n. 107 del 27 febbraio 2020 emessa dal Comune di Napoli, è stato oggetto di pulizia straordinaria degli ambienti, delle superfici e di tutto quanto presente nello stesso immobile, mediante l’utilizzo di prodotti contenenti i principi attivi previsti dalla succitata ordinanza. Inoltre, al termine di ogni periodo di locazione, la pulizia straordinaria viene ripetuta.

“The stay went as planned”
Excellent location in the stories centre. Everything was in walking distance. You could not find better hosts, very friendly and mostly helpful. They helped the stay to be wonderful
