This two bedroom condo is located in the World Tennis Club in Naples, Florida. It is a 24/7 gated community located in central Naples very close to beaches, shopping, and restaurants. The beach is about 5 minutes away. Fabulous shopping and dining on posh 5th Avenue is also a 10 minute drive away.

The World Tennis Club is a single family and condo community on 82 acres. There are 7 acres of lakes and many wonderful walking paths. There are two heated pools, a spa, sauna, 16 tennis courts, 2 workout facilities, and a charming cafe. Tennis exhibition matches can be seen on Thursday evenings. There are also free tennis clinics held throughout the week. Private tennis lessons are available for a fee.

This 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is located on the first floor (no stairs) and backs to preserve which makes it extra private. Parking is right in front of the building. The community is gated 24/7. The tennis courts and clubhouse are just a 2-3 minute walk away.

The two bedrooms include a king size bed and two twin beds. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom with a shower. The second bathroom also has a shower. Both showers have been recently updated in tumbled ivory travertine and Moen hardware (photos coming soon).

The kitchen is completely stocked with all you need, including plates, silverware, glasses, pots, pans, toaster, and coffee machine. There is also a small washer and dryer in the condo.

The condo is equipped with wifi and cable TV.

The World Tennis Club is located on Airport Pulling Road just south of Pine Ridge Road. Within walking distance are a Walmart, Target, office store, grocery stores, restaurants, and more. The Naples CAT bus stop is also a short walk away.

Smoking is not allowed in the condo. I'm sorry but pets are not allowed per condo regulations.

Please note that there is also a 10 percent Florida hotel tax. There is also a $100 (one time, per lease) association-imposed amenities fee. This fee goes straight to the World Tennis Club to give guests access to all the amenities (pool, tennis, fitness club, etc.) .
