Unit Description-

Newly Professionally Decorated , in a quiet garden view setting. First Floor unit for easy access.

No Stairs or Elevator. Living room has a large sectional

for everyone to enjoy. Sectional is a double size sleeper.

Living room has a 55" TV.

Master has King Size bed, luxurious master bath with travertine marble vanity tops, two sinks, Jacuzzi tub, and separate walk-in shower. Unit has upgraded mattresses & fine linens. Master Bedroom has a 50' TV.

Guest room has a King Size bed. (May be made up as two twins - please specify) Guest bath has granite vanity with upgraded cabinetry.

Kitchen has granite counter tops . A kitchen island and dining room for all the comforts of home.

Private lanai has outdoor dining table perfect for lunch or just relaxing . Indoor Dining room seats 6 . This unit has its own laundry washer & dryer and car port. Going to and from the pool is conveniently accessed over a resort bridge.

The Cottages at the Naples Bay Resort are individually owned condos that enjoy the Hotel amenities. The 22 acres complex offers, a Gym, Spa and a fully staffed Tennis facilities with teaching available. The Hotel offers four fabulous pools with waterfall grotto and lazy river through tropical gardens, a lap pool and adult only whirlpool as well as the lazy river.

Resort has outside fireplaces and lounging seating areas.

Enjoy the free shuttle to the Pier Beach, 5th Avenue and 3rd Street.

Boats are available for rent with or without a captain.

There are 5 golf courses within a 4 mile radius.
