There are touches of modern and Naples coastal heritage, at this VERY PRIVATE, relaxing, family-friendly corner lot property that HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED. GREAT POOL, TOTAL PRIVACY, AND ONLY A SHORT WALK to THE BEACH. The home was recently updated at the beginning of 2017 with all new furniture and was also recently painted. Bedrooms consist of comfortable sleeping, including a sleeper sofa in the private den. This southern exposure property boasts a private pool that will surely be a highlight of your trip. Generously sized, the pool is perfect for large families. The outdoor area features seating and lounging, as well as a new BBQ gas grill, perfect for a cookout. This coastal gem also features a very open layout, perfect for large or multiple families. Enjoy the dining and kitchen areas, perfect for home-cooked meals. The rental is located on the premier "500 block" of Naples Park, which is considered the best location in the area due to its proximity to Vanderbilt Beach.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN EACH VACATION RENTAL

Welcome Basket

Every rental receives a welcome basket which includes a number of essential items to get your stay started. Our gift basket includes a roll of paper towels, a spare roll of toilet tissue (in addition to one new roll provided in each bathroom), a new kitchen sponge and detergent for washing the dishes, several laundry & dishwasher detergent pods, dryer sheets, kitchen trash bags, etc. Also provided are some other thoughtful items like popcorn, etc. A single bottle of shampoo/conditioner is provided for those folks who either forgot to bring it or are here for a very short time and were not able to bring it with them in their carry-on luggage. Hand soap is also provided at every sink. The items provided are designed to get your stay started, but are not intended to last the duration of your stay. Guests staying longer than a couple of days are expected to purchase and replenish their own items that they consume.

Response from the manager Thanks for staying with us. For clarity on the upcharges for the benefit of those who read this review. Our pricing models work like hotels. Most of our properties are on a nightly rate system. This affords our guests to check-in/out any day of the week and to stay as long (or as short) as they like. Our tenant changeover fee of $195 pays for the house to be cleaned both before our guests arrive and after our guest leaves. Certainly you can appreciate cleaning a whole house is a lot more work than cleaning a hotel room. 10% sales & tourist tax is added. There is also a Accidental Damage Waiver of $99. This replaces the old concept of putting several thouands on deposit for security deposit. Most guests would rather pay a nominal fee than to put out a large security deposit. Finally, this property is professionally managed with a local staff available 24/7 to attend to your needs. Our booking fee helps offset our staffing to provide great conceirge services.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
