THE PROPERTY

The Tuscan Vacation Rental has cozy, warm, coastal elegance! This 3 bed, 3 bath home has extra sleeping arrangements that sleep 8. Recently updated, the home features a very spacious and open layout, perfect for larger groups and families. Enjoy a home-cooked meal in your private kitchen and dining area, or dine outside by the pool. The pool deck is very inviting and features a sunbathing area. Lounge out by the pool and catch some sun, or enjoy an afternoon treat on the covered lanai.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

This open concept home with vaulted ceilings gives you and your guests plenty of space with a large sectional in the living area complete with a flat-screen TV, which is visible from the kitchen and bar area. The kitchen features brand new stainless steel appliances, a new double door fridge, and a dining table that seats 6. Next to the living room, you'll find the first bedroom that features a queen-size bed, TV, and large closet. Across the way is the second bedroom that also has all of the same amenities but is connected to a full bath. Next, the master bedroom is a very large room with a bed fit for a king. The double vanity has plenty of lighting and separates a large walk-in closet, and a full bath. The full-size patio doors in the living room lead to the enclosed pool area with a grill and outside dining table, as well as a few lounge chairs. This home also includes a garage and beach accessories.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN EACH VACATION RENTAL

Welcome Basket

Every rental receives a welcome basket which includes a number of essential items to get your stay started. Our gift basket includes a roll of paper towels, a spare roll of toilet tissue (in addition to one new roll provided in each bathroom), a new kitchen sponge and detergent for washing the dishes, several laundry & dishwasher detergent pods, dryer sheets, kitchen trash bags, etc. Also provided are some other thoughtful items like popcorn, coffee, etc. A single bottle of shampoo/conditioner is provided for those folks who either forgot to bring it or are here for a very short time and were not able to bring it with them in their carry-on luggage. Hand soap is also provided at every sink. The items provided are designed to get your stay started, but are not intended to last the duration of your stay. Guests staying longer than a couple of days are expected to purchase and replenish their own items that they consume.

In addition to the a brand new pool heater, this home was freshly painted throughout the entire exterior in December 2014. A new Weber BBQ grill and new sun lounge chairs were also provided for our Peak Season 2015 guests. Yes, the current 6' privacy fence is probably about 10 years old and is weathered and worn. This particular guest was fearful that her dog might crawl through some openings along the bottom of the fence so we promptly sent our handyman to fix it up as best as we could to prevent her dog from escaping. The owner is considering options to replace the privacy fencing and will also be reseeding the grass in the upcoming summer once we have passed our dry season.

Let us worry about the trash. If you depart a few days before the trash man picks up the trash, no worries. As part of our tenant changeover fee, our maintenance staff will gladly return to the house and put out the trash after you've left. While you are staying in the home, we do however ask the guest to roll the garbage bins to the curb for regularly scheduled pick ups twice per week. Next time, leave it to us to worry about. This guests gets 5 stars for being such a thoughtful and considerate guest!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
