Enjoy a Walk or quick bike ride to Cambier Park (voted #1 tennis park in the USA) for Tennis, Art shows, and outdoor entertainment. This 2-story Villa sleeps six; it is spacious, well furnished, well equipped, and offers one a very comfortable place to stay in Olde Naples. Enjoy entertaining and relaxing on the Lanai, with a private heated pool, dining, lounge chairs, and gas BBQ grill. The open Living Room offers a comfortable couch, two matching, upholstered chairs, and one high back chair, various table and lamps, and lovely artwork. The Family Room has a matching couch and loveseat in a soft, coral fabric, an accompany chair, entertainment center with a flat-screen HD cable TV, internet, computer printer/fax machine. The Kitchen has rich wood cabinetry, granite counter-tops and island, stainless appliances, including gas stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker (Kureig), toaster, blender, mixer, high quality dishes, etc. The Kitchen and family room open to the private courtyard with gas BBQ and pool. The 2nd floor offers 3 bedroom suites, each with private bathroom. The Master Bedroom has a king-size bed, quality linens, TV., walk-in closet, and private bath with a walk-in shower, The Guest Bedroom # 1 has a king-size bed, TV., and private bath with a shower. The Guest bedroom # 2 has Twin beds, and private bath with a tub/shower. Hardwood bamboo floors throughout villa, and beautiful tile in the kitchen and family room areas. There is a 1-car garage with garage door opener, and key pad, so no need to worry about keys. Beach towels, chairs, umbrella, hairdryers, make up mirrors, bikes, all provided. You need to only bring your clothes and personal toiletries. Everything else is provided. Enjoy walking to the Third Street shops, restaurants, and galleries, or just short bike ride to the 5th Ave. shops, restaurants, and galleries.
