Beach villa for rental, in Sozopoli chalkidiki, at Akti Naftilos, fully renovated in 2019, two-storey, first by the sea with garden 400 sqm. and BBQ
Ground floor: 2 bedrooms (1 with fireplace), living room with kitchen, bathroom
Back ground floor (separate entrance): large bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom
1st Floor (communication with external staircase): 2 Bedrooms, Bathroom, kitchenette, fireplace.
There is 4 A/C and anti-mosquitoes netts in every window. Sunbeds and umbrella provided. A baby bed and 3 baby cots if needed.

“Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία”
Περάσαμε υπέροχα με δυο μικρα παιδιά με πολύ παιχνίδι στον κήπο και την θάλασσα χωρίς να χρειαζόμαστε προετοιμασία και κουβάλημα για να πάμε για μπάνιο καθώς είναι στα 20 μέτρα. Ωραίος κήπος με καλούς χώρους το σπιτι.
