Description
Chalet Perles des Alpes is an adorable chalet in Haute-Nendaz at 1550 m (5100 ft) altitude, surrounded by natural beauty and serenity.
The chalet is part of a charming and peaceful "hameau", only a small journey on foot away from the busy centre of the popular alpine resort. The favourable climate, clean air and its picturesque location with a wide range of leisure activities in the immediate vicinity, makes chalet Perles des Alpes in any season a delightful place to spend your holidays.
The chalet is ideal starting point for walking, cycling, golf, wellness and sightseeing holidays. In the summer Haute-Nendaz features a heated open-air swimming pool, and a 5-star Spa centre.
Its dominant high-altitude position offers 180º panoramic views, overlooking the impressive Swiss Alps, the Rhone Valley and surrounding villages. Garden with full privacy and a large furnished terrace, featuring a dining table, lounge chairs, a Weber barbecue. Sunset in summer time is after 9 p.m.
The chalet has adjacent a forest, an alpine meadow and a small mountain stream. A paved dead-end road towards the chalet ends 85 meters before the chalet into a wide footpath/unpaved road, so children can play safely and freely in the beautiful natural surroundings. In the immediate vicinity (500m) are a friendly local restaurant and a cosy bar.
A short, sportive walk (about 85m) will bring you from the chalet to a paved road, which leads towards your private parking place and the resort centre. You may continue to walk for 15-20min (an easy walk) to the resort centre, or decide to take your car from your private parking.
We have decorated the apartment to be a comfortable and 'homely' place. The furnishings, fixtures and fittings are all top quality, and there is furniture you would not normally find in a rental property.
The chalet sleeps 8 and has a total floor area of 120m2, an open-plan living area with a well-equipped kitchen and dining area, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Wi-Fi internet, flat screen HD-TV, high quality stereo, CD/DVD player, and Apple TV.
The kitchen features a granite counter, a microwave, an oven, 4 induction hubs, a dishwasher, a fridge, and a Nespresso coffee machine.
