New apartment 3 rooms seventy five m2, large terrace 54 m2 with views of Lake Geneva, for rent by the week or for a few days in small new residence. Apartment on the ground floor. It includes: Entrance with cupboard / wardrobe. Living / Kitchen with a sofa bed sleeping one hundred and forty on two hundred TV and wifi. Kitchen with oven pyrolysis, microwave, induction hob fridge, freezer, dishwasher, hood, toaster ... two rooms each with a bed of one hundred and sixty two hundred divisible into four beds eighty two hundred. Duvets provided for both bedding formats. cot and high chair available. Bathroom with bath / shower screen, washing machine. Separate WC. Large bay windows in each room opening onto a large terrace overlooking Lake Geneva. A cellar and a private garage lockable in the basement for access to the floor, shared parking space. No smoking apartment. To ensure the good neighborhood we do not accept animals. Shuttle service to the ski resorts of thollon and bernex from Evian Evian station TGV paris quiet area with a bakery five minutes walk from the apartment, large area to ten minutes. Ideal location near the city center. Possibility of cleaning charged fifty euros at the end of stay.and rental of sheets and towels optional (linens not provided) three star ranking Discount depending on duration deposit 600 euros on arrival French owners

“Could have been better”
Lovely, light, modern, comfortable, well-equipped apartment with great views over lake Geneva and a large, outside terrace from which to enjoys the views and sunshine. However, there is not a particularly hospitable feel to the accommodation, for example - having to make own bed on arrival - detailed inventory of every piece of crockery, cutlery and other items with the cost per item of replacing them should there be breakages - the containers of all cleaning items had just enough in to last a short while with instructions on the containers not to thrown them away and there were no replacement plastic bags for rubbish bins - we declined to pay the costly price of cleaning (€50) at the end of our stay (there were only two of us) and cleaned it ourselves, we were then made to stand for 10 minutes whilst the owner’s representative checked all cupboards, wardrobes, behind settees, all floors, surfaces and kitchen cupboard doors both vertically and horizontally. A rather humiliating experience which left a bad taste at the end of an otherwise thoroughly enjoyable visit to the region.

Attention : nous ne faisons pas chambre d’hôtes:les lits ne sont pas fait à l'arrivée , c'est juste une location de draps pour rendre service. Merci de votre compréhension. Appartement classé 3 étoiles à l'office de tourisme.
