“Cozy house on the Niagara River” This house was fabulous for our weeklong stay. One of the most important things for me was that I was able to do my work. The internet connection was fast and reliable. The house was very comfortable and clean. The house is directly on the Niagara River in a quiet neighborhood and just across the street from The Riverstone Grill restaurant. We enjoyed eating at The Riverstone Grill twice during our stay. As long as I'm mentioning restaurants, we also ate at Dick and Jenny's on Grand Island and that was an excellent meal as well. The house has everything you need for your stay. Linens, extra blankets, towels, dishes, snacks, full kitchen, clothes washer and dryer, toiletries, games, videos, and even a high chair. Glenn was always just a phone call away and was wonderful about helping us whenever we had questions.

“This is a gorgeous and spacious lake home with plenty of amentities for adults and child. 5 Stars!!!!” This property is on a gorgeous location on top of a small hill. The view of the lake from the house is breathtaking. Our group enjoyed our stay thoroughly and we took full advantage of the amenities in the property like out door fire pit, hammock, boats/kayak allowed by the home-owner to be used by us. The house has enough space--we were a group of 9 people and the space was ample however there is only one shower so that might be a limitation. the kitchen was very spacious and had all the stuff needed for cooking. It would have been nice if there was a functional grill for using outdoors--the one that was there was kind of old and did not work very well. There was some strange odor in the dishwasher but that might be because of its limited usage. Overall, this place is highly recommended for vacation stay. The owners were really nice and friendly and the view and location is absolutely spectacular! My Response Thank you for your kind words. I do want to say that we have replaced the outdoor grill. I'm sorry you had trouble with it. I checked the dishwater also but could not smell or see anything in the trap. We disconnected the plumbing to examine and clean. Whatever the odor was, it's gone. “Airy & beautiful home!” We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful East Hampton home. The floor plan is open and makes for an easy flow between the airy living space and kitchen and dining area. The bedrooms are large and well appointed with comfortable beds and fresh linens. The setting of the house is on a wooded acre with incredible views out over the trees and the swimming pool below. The huge deck affords an outdoor dining area perfect for summer entertaining. We will definitely be back for another visit to this amazing get away.

“Incredible Adirondack Camp experience” Camp Little Pine was a wonderful experience. We regularly visit Lake Placid during each season and was extremely pleased with this house. Incredibly well located, close to groceries, wine store and little restaurants. It's right next to Lake Placid Lodge, the Relais Chateaus hotel, which is perfect for fine dining or casual drinks at the pub. We were a group of 8 and the house was spacious and fitted us all. Michael & his wife have decorated this house beautifully in Adirondack style, making it a wonderful "Great Camp" experience. The amenities were all modern and functioning, the kitchen is wonderful and stocked with tons of condiments making it very easy cook. I highly recommend this beautiful house for a group and would stay there any other time.

“Perfect for a relaxing weekend!” Joe and Pat's cottage is great! The cottage was very clean, well-maintained and well-equipped. We had a wonderful relaxing weekend - in the winter, so I can't comment on the water fun but I'll bet it's great! I can say the fireplace worked just perfectly. Joe and Pat are great to work with and were extremely helpful with information about restaurants and various activities in the Finger Lakes. We certainly hope to be back again - maybe when it's warmer and we can take advantage of the beautiful lakefront area at the cottage. Thanks for sharing your great cottage, Joe and Pat!

“Incredible home” This was the perfect home for my husband, kids and grandkids. I can't begin to describe how incredible this home was. From the amazing outdoor kitchen, magnificent landscaping, the toasty warm huge pool, with seating enough for our supersized family of 20 with 4 grandbabies. This home was able to house us all comfortably. The inside of the house was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The high count sheets were a dream to sleep on (cute pun intended). The air conditioning was set to the perfect temperature. Every day all of us lived in the pool and at night enjoyed the gorgeous sunsets over the bay. To say we loved this home is an understatement. We are still all talking about the amazing vacation. The owner was really really nice to deal with and made us feel welcomed.
