2-bedroom apartment (sleeps up to 6 persons) with beautiful sea views for rent right on beautiful Fig Tree Bay, Protaras.

This stunning apartment just could not be in a more perfect location for your holiday, just 50m from the sea and 200m from the main Protaras strip, with its wealth of bars, restaurants, shops and nightclubs.

It has some of the best views in Protaras and it is a joy to wake up to such wonderful panoramic views of beautiful Fig Tree Bay, which are just breathtaking!

* 2 bedrooms - 1 double with en-suite bathroom and 1 twin

* 2 bathrooms, 1 of which is en-suite

* spacious living room with sofa bed, cable TV, hi-fi system, free wifi

* open-plan dining area seating 6 persons

* fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, etc.

* 2 balconies, one leading off from the living room and the other, from the double bedroom

* 5th floor (ie. fabulous unblocked sea views)

* spectacular sea views towards Fig Tree Bay

* large communal lawned garden

Stay in the lap of luxury on the gorgeous, sun-drenched island of Aphrodite right in the heart of Protaras.

MINIMUM STAY: 5 NIGHTS

It is also our policy not to rent out this property to groups of single persons aged 19 and under.

ELECTRICITY

Electricity and air-conditioning are included with an allowance of up to 40 euro per week. If more electricity than this is used per week, then this will either be topped up from your security deposit or you can purchase top-up cards from us. There is a meter in the apartment so you can monitor your consumption of electricity. 40 euro per week should be sufficient, provided that the air-conditioning units are used in a reasonable manner, ie. closing doors and windows during use, not leaving them on all day, etc.

Getting around

No car is necessary at all if you are planning to stay in Protaras. You can easily take the bus from the Protaras main strip to Ayia Napa. I would only recommend hiring a car in winter time or if you want to travel elsewhere around the island to see other places.
