The building is virtually ski-in, and is located on the slopes of Iwappara ski resort. It is very easily reached by bullet train from Tokyo in a little over one hour. very convenient for families with kids

Easy to access by a short bus ride from the train station, and only a 1 minute walk to the slopes, rental shops, restaurants etc.
There is a small shop, onsen, pool and other fun things right in the building.
The room comes equipped with everything you need to do your own cooking too.
Ideal for an easy weekend away from Tokyo.

Perfect Ski in/out in amazing village

I love to snowboard. Spent 4 years travelling between New Zealand and the west coast of USA to feed my love of steep and deep.

Then I discovered Japan's mountains.

Still now, people ask me if 'Japan has ski mountains' Then I mention 1998 winter Olympics.
