This outstanding unit is presently going through an extensive renovation for the 2021 rental season. The present photos that are now posted are the older photos and are nothing like the finished product will be. New photos of the finished product will be posted in late April. When completed, it will without a doubt become one of the most desired one-bedroom units in the Topsail Dunes Complex.
This is a 1 bedroom 1 bath direct oceanfront condo unit located in the much-desired Topsail Dunes Complex. It is an outstanding choice for a couple or a small family that appreciates quality and privacy as it will sleep 4 comfortably with a queen bed the master and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
If you are looking for great views, you will certainly not be disappointed with this unit. As you first enter the door of this unit, its precise location and position offers such overwhelming ocean views from all living areas, living room, kitchen and the large oceanfront balcony. It just doesn’t get much better than this. You will not be disappointed.
The unit will feature an all new and expanded kitchen that encompasses the additional space where the previous built-in bunk beds had once occupied. The kitchen is almost double the size of most other one-bedroom units and is equipped with all new white shaker cabinets and completely surrounded and topped with beautiful granite countertops. There is a peninsula style island bar area designed to conveniently accommodate your dining needs. For your added convenience and comfort, the unit is also equipped with a tankless on-demand hot water heater. You will find new flooring throughout, all new living room furniture and accessories as well as all freshly painted walls with soft beach themed color tones all designed to transform your mind, body and spirit into the vacation mode.
The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for basic meal preparations as well as all required major and small countertop appliances. The major appliances are all stainless and include a refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher and built-in microwave. The countertop appliances include a coffee pot, toaster and blender.
The living room is set up for comfort and is positioned directly in front of the glass slider doors which showcase the glistening Atlantic Ocean only steps from the balcony. The oceanfront balcony has comfortable seating and is a great spot to view those early morning sunrises while enjoying a fresh cup of coffee. If you wanted good views, this unit has GREAT VIEWS, and you will certainly not be disappointed here.
The master bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, various night stands and dresser, wall art and a ceiling fan.
The master bath has a tub and shower combination and just outside the bathroom door is a laundry area with a stack washer/dryer.
The Topsail Dunes Complex provides a large oceanfront swimming pool for tenant’s enjoyment plus outdoor grilling areas and a small playground for kids. This unit is 2nd floor level and is located close to the beach access within the complex. At the beach access locations, you will find outdoor showers for rinsing off the sand before entering your unit.
PLEASE NOTE: BUILDING 2 HAS NO ELEVAOR. ALSO, THERE ARE ONLY TWO PARKING PASSES AVAILABLE PER UNIT, so please make your travel plans accordingly.
Notice: The tennis courts are no longer available in this complex.

Response from the manager We are very sorry you were not pleased with all the features of the property. The unit itself has always been in high demand with guests as the inside is in great condition. As you stated the location is outstanding which is a very important feature as well. Unfortunately with our harsh salt air environment, outdoor components like screens and any other metal clad items do not hold up like we wish. We always address items like this when reported and act quickly to make appropriate repairs. We certainly hope that you will return to Topsail Island for another visit.
