Description
This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath unit with a private balcony off the living room with a view of the ocean and pool and a screened porch off the entry with a view of the sound/ICW and the tennis courts. The kitchen has everything needed for basic meal preparation.
The master bedroom has a queen bed and a nice sound view. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The third bedroom also has 2 twin beds. There's a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate extra guests.
PLEASE NOTE: BUILDING 2 HAS NO ELEVATOR. ALSO, THERE ARE ONLY TWO PARKING PASSES AVAILABLE PER UNIT, so please make your travel plans accordingly.
