Description

Pet-friendly property has the best of both worlds. Located second row with just the street and sand dunes in front. There are no properties built in front since it is county property. It is also located on the canal and has views of the intra coastal. This uncrowded portion of the beach is accessible just across. Property is situated between 2 public access paths just 2 houses down.

The property has a private boat ramp and dock that is located on the canal that directly connects to the intercoastal waterway. Enjoy the complimentary kayaks, paddle boards and surfboards. Cruise your boat and be in the deep waters of the Atlantic in just 10 minutes or simply relax and take in the wetlands, wildlife, dolphins, birds and boats from either the front or backyard.

It is an ideal location where you can enjoy the beach and also enjoy your private boat –fishing-crabbing dock, private boat ramp and intercoastal access. It is perfect for boating, paddle boarding kayaking, jet skiing or just enjoying the views. Relax in the calm tranquil canal water on a float. There is plenty of parking for cars and boat trailers. There is also a large enclosed PRIVATE POOL 28’ x 14’ with lots of decking, chairs and loungers to relax in. In addition, enjoy a cool drink or a game on TV at the 8-seat fully decorated and equipped TIKI BAR. The bar has views of both the ocean and intercoastal and has everything you need; expanded cable TV, bluetooth speakers, refrigerator, blender and lighting. It is fun for everyone. You can also enjoy the HOT TUB that connects to the pool

There are more than 700 feet of wrap-around decking and 2 private decks off of 2 of the upper bedrooms. This home has 2 living rooms …… great for letting the kids have their own space, There is also a children’s crib, high-chair, children’s gates, enclosed pet area, beach cart, 8 expanded cable TVs, (a TV in every bedroom plus one in both living rooms and one in the Tiki bar). TV' are high definition smart tvs. The full equipped kitchen. The washer and dryer are located on the first floor near the side door to help avoid dragging sand from beach towels through the house.

Kids and adults will have fun with provided amenities such as corn hole, Bacci ball, lots of board games or 2 full size video games. lounge chairs, Adirondack chairs, covered deck area with patio furniture, washer dryer, 3 outdoor hot-water enclosed shower, high-speed wireless internet.

You will need a car to get around. No golf cars are permitted on New River Inlet Road. You can bike on beach and neighborhood but you really need a car.

I will not be at arrival or departure. I simply provide guest with a numeric code used to open front door. Each code is for each specific guest and specific time frame.

Response from the owner Hello. I have a new cleaning service since this rental. I updated bathrooms and kitchen in 2018. I make improvements every year. If ever an issue please let me know asap. I have local cleaners. Pool maintebance and handymen. I realize everyone has limited time off and deserves a nice place for their money. Thank you.
