The main living area has an open concept with the kitchen, dining and living room all open to each other. The living room is the perfect place for the entire family to be together, the plush sectional sofa provides the perfect place for movie night! Access the upper deck off the main living area, relax in the sun or enjoy a sunset filled dinner. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped, it features stainless appliances, granite counter tops and bar seating for 6. The dining area is cozy and comfortable with seating for 6. Bedroom 4 is located just behind the kitchen, this bedroom features a double bed, television and shares the full bathroom located next door.

Covered parking underneath for 2 cars plus 1 additional spot at the end of the covered area. At the end of the day, enjoy rinsing off the sand and sunscreen in the hot/cold private enclosed outside shower.

Also, our vacation homes do not have many of the consumable items in stock for guest use (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.). Once you book your vacation, we’ll provide you with a list of items that you may want to consider bringing with you on your vacation.

**Cancellation: Any cancellation of a confirmed reservation must be made in writing by Guest. Reservation payments are not reimbursable unless the property can be re-rented for the same rate and time period. Every effort will be made to re-book the property. If property is re-rented, Guest will receive reimbursement of payments made less nonrefundable reservation fee, cancellation fee (varies by property), and third-party fees (travel insurance, security deposit alternative, insurance, convenience fee, etc.). Insurance fees shall not be reimbursed unless the Agent is reimbursed by the issuing insurance company.

**Check In Day: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM on the day of your scheduled arrival. As soon as we are notified your rental is ready for check in, we will give you a courtesy call on the cell phone number that you provided above and we will send your check in instructions via email. All homes must be cleaned and inspected before we are allowed to issue keys or passes. Please note: keys or door codes will NOT be given to anyone under the age of 25 or to anyone who is not named on the reservation. If you need to authorize someone other than yourself to pick up keys or receive a door code email, please notify our office prior to your arrival date.

**Early check-ins and Late check-outs must be pre-approved and are not allowed if there is a reservation checking out the same day another reservation is checking in. You may contact us the week of your arrival to determine if there is any availability to add an early check in or late check out
