Description
This 4 bedroom 3 bath townhome-style half duplex is located on the northern-most tip of Topsail Island, just steps from the beach. This home is surrounded by fabulous water views both from the ocean in the front to the Intracoastal Waterway to the rear. From almost every window of this home you will experience absolutely mesmerizing views from all around the home.
On the lower living level (up one level from the ground) you'll find 3 bedrooms. Two of them each have a queen bed and access to an ocean facing deck with a great view and stairs leading down to a boardwalk and path to the beach. The third bedroom has built-in bunks.
The second living level (or main level) is where you'll find the living area with plenty of seating in front of the TV, wrap around windows to make the most of the panoramic views and a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for basic meal preparation. The balcony outside the living and dining areas will allow you to take full advantage of those views.
The master suite on the top level has a king bed, a dressing area leading a private balcony with the best views in the house, and a sitting area with a queen sleeper sofa and a window spotlighting the inlet. The master bath has a free standing soaking tub as well as a walk-in shower.
There's plenty of parking at this home with space for at least one car under the house and three cars on the side. There's access to the ocean beach from the ocean side of the home or to the inlet from the street side that's all just steps away.
This home was completely renovated in 2019 to a like-new condition.
