Description
This beautiful 5 bedroom 3.5 bath home sits right on the ocean at 35 Porpoise Place in prestigious Dolphin Shores, which is located on the north end of Topsail Island. It has an elevator, hardwood floors in the living areas, carpeted bedrooms and plenty of deck space.
The upper living level has the living areas plus the master suite. The living area has a large screen TV and a DVD. On the ocean side there's an open deck with a table and chairs stretching the width of the home for enjoying the views or working on your suntan. There's also a small balcony on the street side for watching the boats ply the Intracoastal Waterway.
The lower living level has 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have access to an ocean front deck, plus the laundry and an office with a computer. WiFi is available throughout the property.
Outdoors there's an enclosed shower, covered parking, and a bad weather entry under the house. This home is a luxury vacation spot you'll never forget!
Dogs(only) allowed with a $175 per dog non-refundable fee.

Response from the manager We are so sorry about this bug issue at this house. All of our homes are under a pest control contract that gets sprayed either monthly or quarterly based on each owners preference. When we have large rains as we did during this time, we will experience more pest issues especially ants as they have to come out of the ground. You have stayed with our company for 4 years previous to this and never had a pest issue. We quickly had it sprayed again for you to resolve the problem. We are so sorry this happened and hope you understand that we acted very quickly. When you spoke to the Pest Control Technician he did explain to you they were not basic roaches they were Palmetto bugs that thrive in humid regions. Again we are sorry no matter what type of bug they are and hope to have the opportunity to serve you again as we have done so well in the past years. We appreciate your business.
