This beautiful single family home lies in the desirable North End bordering the Garden district with a short walk to beach and boardwalk. This home offers an extremely rare fenced side yard, wrap around decks and multiple areas to just chill. Curl up with a good book on the front porch or enjoy a refreshing nap in the private side yard. Enjoy meals in our dining room, kitchen, front porch, side deck or side yard. There are so many places to relax!
Bright and airy, this beautiful home is the perfect setting for your next vacation. Our Victorian courtyard is an ideal setting for relaxation, yoga and outdoor dining.
We are a short bike ride to the beach and boardwalk, yet located in one of the only year round neighborhoods left on the Island. Our location is the best of both worlds with easy parking and tranquility yet close to everything fun!
The home features 2 car off street parking, High-speed Internet, WiFi, Flat screen TVs in living room and family room, first floor washer/dryer, Dishwasher, central air and two additional bedroom units, grill and enclosed outdoor shower. Gorgeous side yard with brick patio, table and chairs. Custom outdoor surfboard rack. Storage shed for bikes, Beach chairs and fishing gear.
First Floor features living room with flat screen tv and DVD player, Dining room with seating for 6. Our first floor family room is often the favorite room of the house with a huge double Anderson door with side lights that lead to its own side yard deck. This room is great for parents/grandparents and guests who prefer not to do stairs. It is fully private with a flat screen tv, queen size air mattress topper sofa bed, walk in closet, and attached full bathroom with tub and shower. Our first floor also features the first of two kitchens and a large laundry room.
Second floor features 3 bedrooms and a large full bath with shower and tub and dressing/makeup area and an extra closet for more storage. Bedroom 1 is great for teens or kids with two twin beds, Bedroom 2 features a full size 1800 s Mahogany bed and Empire step dresser, Bedroom 3 has a Full size antique Mahogany sleigh bed set and dressers.
Third Floor has its own private outside entrance with 2 additional bedrooms, kitchen and 1/2 bath. Perfect for overflow or for members of the family who prefer their own space. Bedroom 4 has a tiger maple full size bed and bedroom 5 has two twin beds. There is a small living room area with TV and a small eating area in the kitchen. There is also yet another deck on the third floor. This house has it all! Space for privacy, and unique features missing in mass produced cookie cutter homes.

“Bad family vacation”
