The Space

This is a very modern hi spec apartment which is one of a kind. The finish is exceptional and I'm sure you won't be disappointed. The open plan kitchen / living area has a 32" Flat screen TV with Roku Internet streaming built in for all you favourable worldwide content, Multi colour LED mood lighting, 220V (with integrated 2.1A 5V standard USB sockets so you can charge all your devices) and 110V sockets. There is a good quality sofa bed which is very firm together with a love seat.

The bedroom benefits from led multi colour mood lighting and has zip and link beds which can be arranged as one king sized bed or two separate twins. There is also a large built in wardrobe to store all your cases and clothes. We also have a powerful AC in the bedroom for those hot nights.

In the bathroom, there is a modern thermostatic walk in shower, shaving socket and illuminated makeup / shaving mirror together with a large full length illuminated mirror so you can get ready for the beach, restaurant or club in style.

Guest Access

Guests have there own key to the apartment which is located in a purpose built block. They have access to the on site laundry and the pool which is communal and very clean. Guests can take advantage of secure off street parking as the property is gated and has security guards during the night. We also have external CCTV exclusive to this apartment.

Interaction with Guests

I do not live in Jamaica (unfortunately ) but I'm there often, I entrust the management of the apartment to a close friend who is also the director of a large well known 5 star hotel in Ocho Rios. I have a cousin who is also around to act as a concierge for guests if they require it

The Neighbourhood

The neighbourhood is a quiet friendly one, with bars clubs and a very good local restaurant with in a minute or twos walk, there is also a very well stocked supermarket with in 5 minute walk.

Getting Around

If you don't have a car, we can hire you one at a reasonable rate, or if you prefer to go on foot taxis are running 24/7 on he highway which is a 5 minute walk from the apartment.
