Il Casale è di recente ristrutturazione e, pur non essendo immersi nel nulla potrai nel suo ampio giardino prendere il sole nella massima privacy,
• fare colazione nella romantica loggetta,
• Se vi piace la convivialità in famiglia ma non vi va di uscire, basta usare il giardino, i suoi tavoli, le panche dove con cibo pronto o usando la cucina a gas nel “cucinotto” a piano terra potrete preparare stuzzicanti cene all'aperto.
• Parcheggiare nell’ampio piazzale privato
• La sua collocazione è strategica per raggiungere agevolmente mare, monti e i meravigliosi borghi storici del Piceno.
Da convinto camperista amo soprattutto la libertà e la flessibilità delle vacanze. I miei interessi spaziano veramente molto dalla montagna al kayak di mare, dalla buona tavola al tango argentino e molto altro ancora se ci sarà la possibilità di conoscerci ed arricchirci anche con i vostri interessi.
Proprietà con 2 camere vista monti, vicino al mare, giardino recintato ideale per famiglie. Il Casale si trova a soli 2 km dal centro storico di Offida, uno dei Borghi più belli d' Italia. E' situato sulle soleggiate colline marchigiane degradanti verso il mare, tra i monti Sibillini e la Riviera delle Palme. Una invidiabile posizione quindi per la visita (anche in bus di linea) dei centri d'arte quali: - Ascoli Piceno ( città della rievocazione storica della Quintana, interamente edificata in travertino e famosa per l'oliva tenera ascolana), - Offida (città famosa per la lavorazione del merletto a tombolo, per il suo carnevale storico e per i suoi pregiati organic-wine) - Castignano (per la rievocazione storica di "Templaria") - Acquaviva Picena con la rievocazione storica del Palio del Duca tra le mura della sua suggestiva rocca) - Ripatransone (città del vino e dell'olio extravergine d'oliva) - Fermo (con le sue enormi cisterne romane e outlet Tods-Prada-Paciotti-Nero Giardini-Santoni etc.) La struttura è punto strategico per percorsi eno - gastronomici, per escursioni nel parco nazionale dei monti Sibillini e Laga ma anche per raggiungere le belle spiagge di S. Benedetto del Tronto e le sue oltre 6.000 palme a soli 15/20 minuti.
