Proprio nel cuore di Offida, alle spalle del Palazzo Comunale e del Teatro Serpente Aureo, si trova questo piccolo appartamento con la sua terrazza unica che si affaccia sui tetti e sui campanili del centro storico di Offida.
Da qui si può partire al mattino alla scoperta del territorio circostante e tornare la sera per rilassarsi passeggiando a piedi fra le vie del centro storico, alla scoperta dei monumenti che testimoniano la millenaria storia di Offida.
La terrazza è la vera meraviglia dell’appartamento: qui si è sopra ai tetti, si domina tutto il vecchio centro e si abbraccia un panorama che abbraccia la campagna marchigiana fino alle montagne dell’Appennino abruzzese.
Qui si può prendere il sole nella privacy più completa, far colazione guardando Santa Maria della Rocca o cenare al tramonto, mentre si accendono le prime luci di Piazza del Popolo.
L'appartamento, recentemente ristrutturato utilizzando materiali pregiati, finiture e arredi di qualità, può ospitare fino a 3 persone. Troverete privacy, comfort, qualità e cura dei dettagli.
