NEW INTERNET SYSTEM Broadband WIFI Also available PC table and Epson multifunction printer WiFi SPECIAL OFFER 2020: IF YOU BOOK A STAY OF AT LEAST THREE CONSECUTIVE WEEKS WE WILL REFUND 10% OF THE THIRD WEEK'S AMOUNT Located on a picturesque hill above the seaside resort of Agropoli and the enchanting valley of the temples of Paestum, ancient settlement of Magna Graecia, villa Roberta is a comfortable structure immersed in the greenery of about one hectare of land owned by centuries-old olive trees, orchard. The villa offers a breathtaking view from the hills of Cilento down to the creek of Agropoli, the valley of Paestum, to expand to the island of Capri, the Gulf of Salerno and the coast of Amalfi. The house, recently renovated, is spread over two floors with an area of 240 square meters. On the ground floor there is a large outdoor patio, and inside there is a large living room with an adjoining masonry kitchen, wood-burning oven, internal barbecue and dining area, study, sitting area with fireplace, TV, home theater, bluray DVD system and satellite system. A well-stocked library and video collection are also available. Also on the ground floor there is a bathroom with laundry and storage room. The large living room allows multiple exits to the outside along the entire perimeter of the house, including a direct exit to the garden and the pool. The first floor has 4 bedrooms, one with a large panoramic terrace and two bathrooms, one with a Jacuzzi and the other with a shower. The structure is entirely air-conditioned and all the openings are equipped with mosquito nets. The villa has a 14 x 6 meter swimming pool with a submerged Roman staircase, with an adjoining bathroom-shower-dressing room. In the spaces in front of the kitchen area there is also an outdoor barbecue. Fruit tree products, such as the precious white figs of Cilento abundant in the summer season, are available to guests. The structure, completely fenced and with radio-controlled gate.
