Description
The villa is located on a hill, with the focal view being towards the islands, Veli and Mali Drvenik.
The building consists of a basement, ground floor and two other floors.
On the ground floor is one bedroom with a double bed with its own bathroom with shower and toilet.
On the first floor is a kitchen to the side, a dining and living area with exit to the main terrace. On the terrace is fireplace with tools for barbecuing. In the kitchen there are all necessary electrical appliances and dishes. In the dining area is a TV with satellite programs. In the living area is also a fireplace for winter.
On the second floor there are two bedrooms with double beds, a large bathroom with bathtub, toilet and bidet. From the second floor you can get to the balcony facing the garden.
There is access to the internet through a wi-fi connection. There is private parking with three spaces available. The closest beach is at a distance of 5 minutes by foot through the pine forest. The beach is manmade concrete plateaus. The beach of small pebble stone suitable for children is at a distance of 20 minutes by foot along the coast and through the pine forest. On this beach there is a small café and the beach is equipped with a shower. On the beach during the summer, a small boat travels as a taxi for excursionists to Trogir. Immediately above the beach is the centre of Okrug Donji with shopping, post office and bus stop. The centre of Okrug Donji is a distance of 3 minutes from Villa Petar.
Villa Petar is located in the southwest part of the island Čiovo. Čiovo is connected to the mainland by bridge to the beautiful and historical city of Trogir. Only 1000 meters from the first smaller town on the island is Okrug Donji, where the villa resides offering a wide coverage full of Mediterranean Herbs. It is surrounded with forestry and is a distance of 150 meters from the sea, consequently, the Villa offers unbelievable peace and quiet. From the terrace there is a view of the Trogir archipelago from where emerges a fresh breeze. Green surroundings and a covered terrace comforts the most tired persons. White stone terrace floors climb up and above the stone fireplace where is present partial warm scents full of memories. During the winter, on windy days, those same scents spread with the warm heat into the living area. Also, when the evening calls for a restful sleep, waiting are rooms with high ceilings full of fresh air with the scent of pine. Good evening & morning will with difficulty squeeze through massive window panes.
