Description
The house is located near the old town of Trogir, at the Island of Ciovo near to the beach. Your local hosts, family Milkovic inhabits the house, too. They´re at your disposal for any further questions or requests. Even one or two interesting insider tip can be given by your hosts. To communicate in German and little in English is no problem as well.
With 4 apartments, the maintained house offers enough space for 2 to 23 people. Two of the four apartments are located on the 2nd Floor of the house and another two on the third one. You can get to the beach quite fast, because it is just about 200 meters away. The cottage was completely renovated in 2010 , thus you needn´t to miss any comfort.
Wi-Fi is free here.
Since January 2014 Villa Klaudia has a private swimming pool exclusively (30m2) four our guests.
Nature lovers will enjoy themselves at their own expense, because the house is surrounded by flowers, gardens and fruit trees. Likewise, there is a barbecue place. For those arriving by car there is ample parking and, subject to availability, garage.
The biggest apartment "Matea" in the house "Villa Klaudia" has about 90 square meters and can accommodate 4 +1 guests. It was also built in July 2010 and thus has a new stylish yet comfortable interior. All together you have two bedrooms, one living room with satelite TV, a large kitchen and a spacious bathroom. A special highlight is the spacious terrace with an impressive sea view.
Adequate space and tranquil hours are provided by the double beds in the bedrooms. Furthermore, the apartment has additional space for another person. In the kitchen you haven´t to abdicate on anything even on vacation. In addition to an electric stove, a kitchen and a sink, you will also have a fridge-freezer, a coffee maker and a kettle. In the bathroom there is also no morning scramble, because it has a double sink and plenty of space. With a total of 3 air conditions, you always have a comfortable room temperature. Due to the modern TV set with a digital satellite reception you needn´t to miss English & German TV station.
For stays of 7 nights your linen is changed once a week. Furthermore, there is also a washing machine available according to prior agreement.
