Wood heating. Upper floor: 1 large double bedroom. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Wooden floors. Deck chairs (2) seat. Lovely panoramic view of the mountains, the Valley and countryside. Facilities: children's highchair, Cot for up to 3 years (extra). Please note: non-smoking House. 1 small pet/dog. The kitchen and gas boiler. The lighting is done with solar panel and generator.

Under Dötra, in the village Calzanigo, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on top of a hill. Private: grounds 300 m2, lawn. In the House: store for bicycles. 4 km access road close to the House. Parking (for 2 cars) in the grounds. Grocers 14 km, restaurant 800 m. Important nearby lakes: Lake Luzzone. Hiking trails: Blenio Valley. Please note: car essential. Suitable for families.
