FERIEHOME COVID-19 FREE CANCELLATION POLICY

1) If you decide to cancel your reservation up to 30 days before the arrival day due to closed borders, or your government has banned tourist travel to the region where the booked property is located, then you are entitled to a full refund that the agency received, deducted for the transaction cost.

2) If you decide to cancel a reservation up to 30 days before the arrival day because the region in which the booked property is located is on the red list, or you need to go to quarantine after staying in the booked holiday home, or flights to our region are canceled, then you will be issued a credit voucher for the amount that agency received, which you can use within 24 months from the issuing date, for the originally booked holiday home.

3) If for the reasons stated in Articles 1) and 2) you canceled the reservation within 29 days before the start of your holiday and the agency managed to book the same facility with another guest in that case the agency is obliged to issue a credit voucher in the amount of payment received from another guest within your term (last minute discount, etc.) which you can use within 24 months from the date of issuance of the voucher for the accommodation that was originally booked

Apartment Villa Antony with heated pool is situated in the peaceful village of Gata in the natural, mountain environment and can accommodate 6+4 people.

2 mountain bikes are provided exclusively for your use, free of charge.

The facility in our offer has one unit with 3 bedrooms and two kitchens each with living room with sofa beds, balcony, (these are two apartments offered only as one big unit all exclusively for you) and this is the best choice for two families or group of friends that book together.

Apartment Antony is well equipped and located on the upper first floor and offers: Apartment No.2 (4+2 person) that has two bedrooms (one bedroom with 1 king size bed, and another with 2 single beds), a living room with sofa bed and kitchen, a family bathroom. Apartment No.1 (2+2 person) has one bedroom with king size bed, a living room with sofa bed and kitchen, and a family bathroom. The apartments have two balconies and a terrace.

Outdoor offers a private heated pool exclusively for your use, a covered outdoor dining area with barbecue and table tennis, sun deck area with deck chairs, a playground for kids suitable for football and badminton next to the pool together with bocci-ball field and a fitness room all exclusively for your use.

The owner (a lovely couple) lives in the house on the upper ground floor with a separated entrance so their living area and overview is on the opposite side of the pool so you have your absolute privacy. They also offer homemade honey products. The very good position of the property gives you peaceful and quiet relaxation and provides easy access to all amenities of the town of Omis (only 5 km away) such as open market with local fruits and vegetables, a lot of great restaurants, supermarkets, beautiful stone and sand beaches, fantastic river Cetina and its beautiful surroundings where you can try many activities such as rafting or canoeing, zip-line, or just boat trip up the river.

You can take a boat trip from Omiš to the nearest island Brač organized as a daily trip and a lot of other ideas for having the best holidays that the host will provide information for on your arrival. Also important to know is that famous town Split is 21km far (30min driving) and very easy to get there, and its offer will satisfy the most demanding tastes.

Split-Dalmatia County is an area rich in diversity where low green islands complement the coast and add amazing nautical and cultural experiences, historical city and archaeological sites under UNESCO protection, in addition to the green heart of the Dalmatian hinterland, where life flourishes along rivers, in mills and in fields, not to mention the traditional culinary delights of the region.
