Villa Vera is located 10min by foot from the beachfront of the Adriatic Sea in Lokva Rogoznica, which is located 30km south of Split. Villa Vera is rented as a standalone, spacious villa with a private pool that is available for the use of our guests. Clearly, the Adriatic Sea, which is a pristine clear sea can accommodate all age groups and atmosphere seekers: those who are looking for fun as well as those who are looking for a more peaceful and relaxing beach atmosphere. Al fresco dinners on northern terrace and early morning coffees under natural vine shadow on southern terrace are just a few signatures of Villa Vera. The perfect location of villa Vera, just 20min away from the world heritage Roman city of Split, a ferry ride away from major Central Dalmatian islands, makes this holiday place even more so interesting and desirable.

Smart indoor and outdoor design is one of the key factors that turned this accommodation to an up-to-date, comfortably enjoyed Villa.

Spacious living room area connects southern and northern part, overlooking the terrace located in front of the house, facing the island Brac. Modern kitchen with a touch of Mediterranean design includes brand new appliances set to fit highest modern standards,fully equipped with ability to accommodate cooking beginners as well as true chefs.

Fig, Lavender and Cherry bedrooms have their individual accompanying bathrooms and each provide the view towards the blue Adriatic Sea. Northern terrace is located underneath the natural vine shadow and it is the perfect place to start the day.

External area of the house provides enough space for those who enjoy sitting, relaxing, and barbecuing outdoors, as well as for garden lovers who can easily get lost in plants, flowers and fruits. Villa Vera is livable both outdoors and indoors, however the exterior facilities such as the BBQ, terraces and garden become almost the most important parts of the Villa during summer time.
